Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I purchased the Groupon and went to the consultation. Immediately Jennifer began pressuring me to buy additional services because the special pricing is only good right then. I asked her how many laser treatments are typically needed so I bought the additional 6. I signed and paid and when I got home within 30 minutes of the appointment, I realized the timing for the appointments wouldn’t work and I would not be able to use all of the sessions. I immediately called and asked if they could refund me for the additional 6 sessions since I had just bought them and received no service yet. I was told no it’s too late, the paperwork is a done deal. While this was a mistake on my part, I am shocked given how quickly I called to handle the situation that they refused to refund me. It just shows they value money over customers. I would avoid due to the way they conduct business.

Best place to get hair removal . They make you feel so comfortable! As if your part of their family. Very clean and well organized. Always offering great deals as well! I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else. Ive told everyone I know to check them out!

I had my first visit today and felt very comfortable! Jennifer and Kristi were very knowledgeable and walked me through every step. Shared lots of laughs! The office is beautiful and very sterile. Looking forward to going back again!

Critical: QualityI went for laser on my face, she did not get the area I wanted, hair grew back each session, and blamed it on me being hormonal. I didn’t even finish my sessions because I feel like I’m not being taken care of or got my needs met at all from this place. Money hungry… something came up and missed the time appointment, and owed $25. Absolutely horrible experience. Do not go here. They discriminate and the person they call “doctor” doesn’t even know real medical information. They are a joke.
