My experience at Mina’s Studio was very unpleasant. The hair stylist, Samantha started to work on my hair after I showed her the picture of the color I wanted and all of the sudden she started to do only highlights! She literally spent 30 min then she was done. Color did not match neither my skin nor my hair texture! As she claims to be master stylist! She did not even communicate her plan of how is she going to be implementing the color. She charged me 325$ for highlights that took her 30 min! And then she wanted to charge me another 200$ to fix the color!!!! It is a scam! In addition to unprofessional way of treating customers!! I have been definitely in better places than this. If you have thick hair… Don’t go there. They simply don’t know how to deal with your hair. Find another professional one.

I love going to Mina’s! I started here as a middle-schooler when Alejandra first joined the salon, and I started returning here as an adult for my wedding hairdo followed by regular cuts/colors. Alejandra is amazing to work with – her hair coloring and cuts are the best that I’ve ever had. I also love working with Jenny in waxing because she’s kind, quick and she makes the process as painless as possible. Thank you, Mina’s!

I had a wonderful experience from Samantha. I came in nervous about it because I previously hadn’t had good experiences. But that’s besides the point. Samantha asked for a reference photo and I showed her. She even knew more of what I wanted than I did myself. I told her about my anxiety about getting my hair cut and she told me she understood me, she thanked me for trusting her and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. She kept the length and cut bangs for me. SO happy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The stylist who cut and blow dried my hair was very nice, but this place severely overcharges for the quality and time of the cut. I have gotten my hair cut in many different nice salons in various cities, and the cutting typically takes no less than 15-20 minutes (I have thick, long hair). My haircut here was maybe 5 minutes, the blow dry was only okay, and the price was $75 (before tip). I would say it was the equivalent of a Great Clips hair cut for probably quadruple the price

Samatha is a wizard with color and cut! Her color melts and balayage are absolutely beautiful. She’s been working with my hair for a couple of year now, from waist-length and now all the way up to a chin-length lob – I couldn’t ask for a better stylist. The studio has a great atmosphere and a whole lot of talent in the building. Always love my visits here!

Hairdresser or receptionist offered no apology. They had absolutely no regard for the inconvenience.
