Recently, visited called before booking. Number one she charged me more because my hair was longer okay no problem. However, don’t charge me and then turn around and provide hair that you know isn’t 18 inches! Kept saying awww the vendor knows it’s short. So why don’t you supply a different hair or attempt to charge me less. Also, a guy walked in she stopped doing my hair (left with 1 braided) so my hair took 7 hours! I mentioned to her politely not only did you stop and do someone else’s hair but that took an hour away from my hair. The guy leaves and never comes back so he received a free style. So if she had done the right thing and let him know no I’m with a customer come in tomorrow. Micro braids 240 being greedy

It was my daughter’s 10th birthday. So called and made an appointment at 4pm for a simple cornrow with no add on. I got there I found a lady who was heavily pregnant and was doing another customer’s hair. We patiently waited because it was already too late to book anywhere because the party was the next day. She finally got to us after about 1hr and half. First she didn’t even know that we had an appointment. I had to remind her. For sure she was not the other because she had no customer service. She wouldn’t speak to customers. She did a horrible job. I regretted going there. What she did I usually do it by myself at home but since it was a big party I wanted something done professionally and pretty. She charged me $60 cash. She wouldn’t take other form of payments. I am in tear writing this because my daughter’s hair is all gone. I have attached the pictures of the day she braided and the pictures of the day I took it done. My daughter’s hair broke like crazy. I am telling you. It’s very bad. This is to save someone else’s daughter. Mina you need to check your styler. You have to know what’s going on in your absence. I don’t know what the lady did to my daughter’s hair

I called Monday and scheduled an appointment for today I was asked to come in at ten and it’s now 10:30 I’ve called Mina and her phone is full with messages none of the other lady’s are here I’ve been dealing with this particular shop for many many years and this is just ridiculous maybe it’s time for me to find another braid shop that can keep their word and open on time!!!!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI had been going to this salon for the past two years to get my natural hair braided in straight corn rolls to the back. No style in particular. So as usual I call to make an appointment on yesterday, they told me that they were booked and to come on tomorrow. I show up, on time and for one the customer service was horrible. I reminded her that I called on yesterday and made the appointment and told her once again what I was in for. She says ok and that’s gonna be $60. Mind you, I’ve been coming for over a year getting this service and have never paid $60. That’s ridiculous and I’m quite sure if you were in your country where you’re from , the price wouldn’t be near as high. Then don’t take the price up just because it’s the holidays. If you didn’t want to do it, you should’ve just said you didn’t have time vs taking the price up so that I’d leave. So as usual I call to make an appointment on yesterday, they told me that they were booked and to come on tomorrow. I show up, on time and for one the customer service was horrible. Always new and diff braider…they snatch and pull your hair. Some have attitudes. Ive been here several times over about a 6 year span. When mina does my hair she never disappoints, and is very pleasant but its hard to get her to do it now. Last week was probably my last visit unfortunately.

I was in a bind and called Minas she was EXTREMELY welcoming and warm. Her spirit was very kind. She was able to get my daughter in within 30 mins on a Sunday. My daughter is very picky with her hair and she LOVED it! She was fast, affordable and the work was neat and exactly what she wanted. I will definitely be back. My daughter has requested only to go to her now. Thank you!!!

I was told one price and paid another. Also, the work by Mina was horrible.Her braiding style was not clean it was very messy. Hair coming out thr braids and it looked ghetto. I would not recommend this Salon to anyone, Go somewhere else. I was very displeased. I am the type person if I dont like it I wil not return.

I visited this braid shop on June 30 2017, one of the ladies I talked to quoted me a price of 170 to do micro twist. I had to buy my own hair they didn’t have it, my braids are too short I told them I wanted them long, and at the end they charged me $180!!! the shop was very hot, smelled of garbage I guess that’s why it had so many flys..i gave them the benefit of the dought, next time I’ll go to my regular braid shop..when trying something new goes wrong..I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP..
