Yes it is true. Sometimes your quick to get seated. Sometimes you wait longer than expected even if you have an appointment. But why is that? I think because their quality service and profesional keeps bringing repeated customers back. Not to mention new ones. I personally love this place. It does not bother me to wait my turn. When it is my turn I get full attention and get what I am wanting. I always come in for a fill and my nails always look great. Either Tony or Daniel do my nails. Normally with Daniel you need to make an appointment. But either are great. I recently added pedicure and I am hooked with the massage chairs and relax pedi spa I will be a regular. I’ve only had the guys do pedicure I do not know their names. There are two of them. Can’t go wrong with either. They are very patient and take great detail. Overall every single person there is nice. I have never felt rushed. Sometimes I walk in and they seat me right away. Sometime I have to wait. I am glad to. Trust it is well worth it.

Go there if you have all the time in the world to wait for your turn . Even after getting the appointment, I had to wait 40 min before I decided to leave . I confirmed the appointment twice so that I don’t have to wait . They don’t care about others time or even 1% considerate about it and all they want is to have more people coming in their salon without providing quality service .

This nail salon is very accommodating. Unknowingly, we arrived 10 mins before closing, and they still accepted us and stayed an hour and a half longer to do pedicures and full sets for 2 of us. They were very friendly, and it was clean. They took extra precaution to protect from Covid-19. I’ll be going back there again!

This place is amazing. I’ve been to so many nail places in the Valley and SCV and none compare. Tony makes my nails look amazing and he is so precise and takes his time. A true pro and experienced guy. Will go here forever!They have great gel colors and do a great pedicure as well.
