I’ve been going here for 2 years now and I love it here! They take me at my scheduled appointment time, every time! I’m a mom of 3 so I just call a week ahead to make an appointment. The customers that “walk in” are mostly rude and inconsiderate to the staff. I have always been taken before a walk in. Please those who walk in, these are human beings who are trying to help you at your convenience, but they have scheduled customers. Make an appointment! These are kind , good people! Bruce is awesome, best foot reflexology massage and he’s so sweet!!

I have been getting my nails done here for the last five years. They used to honor appointment times, but the last dozen appointments I’ve waited up to an hour. Tonight was the last straw. I will never come back to the salon ever again. They have no respect for anyone else’s time. They asked me to come in at 5:30 PM and I expect to be serviced at my appointment time. They have you sitting on the couch and when you ask how long the wait is they move you to the pedicure chair but you’ll still be waiting there. I drove 25 minutes in each direction to get my nails done here because I like to stick to the same establishments but I’m officially moving on. Not only is the wait time ridiculous, but the work they do is subpar. If you get a gel manicure they don’t polish the corners of your nails and they put on such a thick layer that it looks lumpy and round. I don’t understand how they leave you waiting so long because they rush your entire service. It makes no sense. There’s no point in making an appointment here because you will not be serviced accordingly. My sister got fed up with the wait time months ago and I was hopeful that the service would change but they officially lost me as a customer today. I will never come back.

The only place I go to get my nails done. Always clean and they have the friendliest staff. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. I always enjoy being there. Their prices are fair and they use great products. I have also gotten lash extensions from here and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe guy just want to paint my nail and not bother with the pedicure. Never soaked my feet. Cut my cuticles dry. When I asked about soaking my feet and cleaning it he stated that he would do that after he puts the gel nail polish on. When he did he didn’t even put soap in the water. Never again. The guy just want to paint my nail and not bother with the pedicure. Never soaked my feet. Cut my cuticles dry. When I asked about soaking my feet and cleaning it he stated that he would do that after he puts the gel nail polish on. When he did he didn’t even put soap in the water. Never again.
