The staff is VERY polite unlike other places that treat you like any old customer.. im saying that because sometimes being called by your 1st name and treated nicely makes you want to come back. A little pricey but they do a good job. My lashes are starting to come off but ive had them in since august 8th… so its been 2 weeks and change and they still look decent…LOVE THE SERVICE

I’ve been going to Mimo for almost a year now for my extensions and can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed once. The technicians (Mindy & Ivy) are both very skilled and my lashes always come out better than expected. The online booking process is so easy and they are very accommodating via text. This place is wonderful! I got my first eyelash lift/perm at this location. The pricing was very reasonable compared to the same service in other locations. I was initially unsure how a eyelash perm was going to go, but they quickly explained the procedure to me, and my lashes came out beautifully! The area is clean and the technician was very detail oriented and did not rush the process. Also, I found that it was better to bring cash to take advantage of their loyalty program and to tip the technician. Overall, I am very happy with their service. I will definitely be back! 🙂

Got my lashes done this afternoon after seeing a groupon and good reviews. This is my first time doing lashes and I just got the accent lashes. They look fantastic!!! I love them. Can’t feel them at all as opposed to some strip lashes that add weight to the eye. Owner was very nice and girl that did them was nice. The place is small but they utilize the space well and it’s nicely decorated, clean and very calming environment. Will be back

I have been coming to Mimo Lash since 2019 and I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences every time I come. The staff is professional and welcoming with great recommendations when I’m unsure what kind of lash look I’m going for. If you are looking for a great nap and great lashes to wake up to; this is the place for you! The music when you walk in is calming and relaxing for anyone that just had a busy day. I was able to return to Mimo Lash with all their Covid procedures in place where I felt confident and comfortable to get my lashes done. I have recommended Mimo Lash to all my friends with big events and just for a daily natural lash look!

Purchased Groupon – Never had lash extensions before. Immediately told to upgrade my lashes for extra $20, which I did. Waiver information states LATEX in product. I immediately said I have LATEX ALLERGY and was told don’t worry -it’s OK. Well, my eyes burned and were red for 5 days, and I woke up with goop in my eyes each morning. The man was obviously more worried about the sale than my eyes. The precautions you have to take for them not to fall out are impossible, and you can’t even wash your eyes. One week later and about half have fallen out. They look spotty – not like the first day, and I have been very careful. On the way out of the shop, you are given pricing for touch ups for after one week and after two weeks. Shouldn’t they last longer than a week after spending $100 including tip? For those complaining about tip – of course you should tip based on full price, not sale price of Groupon. Won’t go back – this is not for me.

Went for the first time today. Minimum tip required of $15-$20 even with a Groupon. All of these places are scamming Groupon. They honor the groupon price but want you to buy direct to avoid surcharge. Lashes are 56 dollars but you end up paying $75 because of tip. Lashes look natural, so far so good. The Tipping process is tacky. They also make you sign a waiver letting you know they are not responsible for anything that may go wrong.
