Why isnt there an option for 10 stars? That is what I would give this place I just went there for the first time today because my favorite nail tech moved there so I gave it a chance. The environment is amazing and Maya is perfect. Every time she touches my nails. They are more perfect than the last time. She is fast and very amazing!! Y’all better run over there and ask for Maya every time if y’all want perfect nails!!!

I called ahead to set an appointment while at work and was told to come at 5:40PM. The nail tech asked for my name to confirm. When I arrived at my appointment time, the tech stated I still needed to wait in a very rude tone and never apologized. I waited nearly an hour out of sheer empathy for the other nail techs and finally left. I will not be returning ever. This was a very unprofessional experience.

I absolutely love Mimi’s!!! I was traumatized by another local salon and took a chance on Mimi. Boy, am I glad I did! She fixed me right on up. My second time going, there was a young guy there doing nails. I was skeptical because a man did my nails before and jacked them up. Well, she knew that and reassured me that he was just as good, even better than her. He did the nails you see on the pics. His name is Sky. My new nail tech!!! He sis nails in the ATL and brings lots of new skills to this area. I will never go any where else. EVER!!!

I am very disappointed in this place. When MiMi was there never a problem and now that she is gone the service is horrible. I have been 3 time and 2 times no one in the chairs and was told the same thing each time more then 30 min wait or you need appointment. Again never a problem with Mi Mi i will never go back. They need to have better customer service.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Nails were not what I I requested. Tech had never done cat eyes and instead of someone else doing it, he just kept restarting. Took an hour and a half for a fill in. Each nail has about 5 coats of paint. You can see the black lining under the other 4 coats of polish. Looks very dry and bumpy/ uneven. Took my niece and daughter with me. They were seated a few seats down. Charged me for taking press-on nails/glue off of my niece and the 70 for her nails (basic with ‘LV’ on ONE nail). Didn’t even discuss the price with me or say anything until time to pay. Why would I pay 40 for me and one child and 70 for another??? Makes no sense at all. Then when you ask questions they start yelling to each other in their native language. Very rude and unprofessional.

I went here to get and pedicure with acrylic and a full set put on. I expected to pay around $100 but the whole time I was there no one ever told me a price for anything. They never asked me what kind of polish I wanted, they only gave me swatches of the gel polish so I assumed that it wasn’t any extra because they never said the gel was extra and anytime I would look at the regular polish I was directed back to the gel polish…which made me think that was all they used and that was the standard polish for them. The pedicure felt amazing and they did do a really good job on my feet and toenails however, when it came to my fingernails they left much to be desired. I really liked the color and design they did on my nails, but some of the tips were too small for my nails, showing my natural nail on the sides…a couple of the tips were put on crooked, and on some of my nails they started the acrylic too far down making it look like I already needed a fill in. They also never bothered to push my cuticles back or remove them. When I went to pay, the total came to $150 and that didn’t even include the tip!!! My end payment came to $175 with the tip included. I have NEVER in my entire life paid that much for a mani/pedi service. I feel like they took advantage of me and I will most definitely never go back there and will tell everyone I know about the experience I had. If they are going to charge people so much, they need to be letting people know what they charge, before the render each service.
