I hate to leave bad feedback but this was too horrible to not say anything about. Got my nails done here by an older woman (I didn’t get her name), and I have NEVER had my fingers hurt after getting my nails done but this woman kept filing down my nails over and over again to the point where the skin around my nails had been clipped so many times it was raw. She just kept taking out a different file-head and this went on for an hour and a half. When I finally thought it was over, she took out an even more course nail file that I don’t think should be used for nails and proceeded to use it underneath my nails.. she took her focus off of my nails while still filing and ended up cutting my finger. I flinched and said “ow” but never even got an apology. She just put a drop of what I can only hope was disinfectant on it and continued filing. I still paid full price for my nails and please ignore the product that was still on my fingers when I left, there was so much product on my fingers that even after washing much longer than needed, I was peeling off the residue for the rest of the day..

My daughter had a full set put on for her Quinceaneara picture and Mimi did an excellent job. We have a 4pm appointment and she took us right away. She listened to what we wanted and was very careful and meticulous to make my daughters nails look perfect. It was the first time my daughter has ever had her nails done and she loves them. Mimi is very nice and does an excellent job.

Called in at 4pm and they were able to squeeze me in right away . When I arrived I was attended to right away. Everyone was super friendly. They all wore masks and wore them properly( I hate it when people wear their masks exposing their nose, mouth or both) . Many colors to choose from. They have massage chairs and liners for the foot spa. All the tools were in sealed wrappers and each client got their own individually wrapped tool kits. Prices for a plain mani and pedi was only $40 but if you wanted an upgrade they have plenty to choose from. The nail technicians weren’t pushy on asking for upgrades. They limited the total customers in their spa at a time. They also had 2 large TV screens which had HGTV one 1 screen and Criminal minds on the other. They have different lower prices for kids 10 y/o and below. I didn’t get gel nail polish but they had OPI nail polish. They also do nail art. My nails were just a plain manicure but it looks like I got gel nails . I highly recommend them The picture is my nails done 2 days ago.

I’ve come here a few times. Last time they dropped dip powder on my sandal and it ruined my sandals. This time I was nickel and dimed, and pressured to upgrade. They wanted to charge my mom an extra $15 because “her Calluses bad”. I paid for mine and my moms pedicures, we did two basic pedicures but left spending $120. Next to us they were pressuring a mom to get her small child gel nails so they would last longer… this place has become a sales pitch rather than a place to relax.
