Last week I had a gel fill here for the 2nd time due to my regular nail tech being unavailable. Should not have given them a second chance. Just like the first time, the nails were all different lengths and shapes, and the polish was applied terribly- sloppy with spots missed and polish on my skin and the back of the nails. When I lifted my hand to look at a spot that was missed, the lady caught an attitude with me. She popped off SOME of my existing tips but did not replace them, so I have some acrylic tips and some regular nails. All different lengths and shapes and painted terribly. She was also extremely rough and kept getting frustrated when I flinched- well, that’s what people do when you’re hurting them! I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and never had someone so rough. Left with mismatched nails and bleeding cuticles. Giving them a second chance was a mistake.

Over priced. Pedicure isn’t a full deluxe and when confronted about being over charged was told owner would contact me but never did. Gel polish was coming of next day!!

Should be ZERO STARS!! Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to!! I’ve been getting manicures and pedicures for atleast 8 years and all over the US as I move every few years. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever received. Not one word was spoke to me the entire time I was there besides the initial “what you want, pick your color” I always get gel polish so I know how it should look. The nail tech applied the gel onto the surrounding cuticle and skin. Which will lift and break within the week. And at $57 freaking dollars for a simple pedicure, I expect better!! I will not ever return to this place. Lesson learned this time!!

Terrible customer service!! They didn’t do a good job at all on mine or my sisters nails. The nails were VERY thin and they were super rude. They caught an attitude with my little sister because she didn’t want to spend 30 dollars on gel polish and all she wanted to do was just get normal polish on her nails. The lady over charged me for the nails after telling me they would only be 50 and then charged me 60. When I asked her why she was charging so much she told me that that was the price and continued to argue with me. Over all the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! Don’t recommend at all!!

Probably a great place for acrylic or a pedicure, but I do not recommend getting a gel manicure. For $30 I got a whopping 60 second massage on each arm. How do I know the timing? She only rubbed lotion into my arms for as long as my final coat of gel was curing in the light. She stopped when the timer stopped. The soak was 45 second on the first hand, nothing in the water. Nothing. Just warm water. The second hand was as long as it took her to rush push my cuticles back on my first hand.

the worst place! they cut my skin giving me a pedicure, they put a lot of paint on my feet that never dried, I asked them to clean the paint from around my nails and they said that was clean. I had to go somewhere else to paint them! this place is a disaster! This was my first and my last time here
