Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMimi is a true professional as well as the rest of her team. Her attention to detail is AMAZING!!! I have used her services from 2017until current. She has done multiple styles for me to include braids (box braids/Senegalese twists/cornrows) and crochet. ALL of her work has been nothing short of STELLAR! There was one particular incident where I was dissatisfied with what I requested and she changed it for no charge. Let me be clear, it was NOT her fault! She did exactly what I asked her to do. I didn’t exactly like it once it was done. So, we did a slight modification to make the style look more like me. She is always on time and her estimated time has never exceeded. Because her standards are so high, she only requires the same from her staff. So, please know that although she may not be able to solely do your hair, if someone else has to take over, the work will be consistent. I recommend this shop to ANYONE who is looking for a quality hair style!!! Mimi is someone who takes pride in their work and she is also concerned about the health of your hair. She will suggest a different style if the one you are suggesting has the potential to damage your hair (specifically your edges). However, the final decision is totally up to you. For those that have said her braids were smaller than what you wanted, as with anything you do for the first time, I suggest you simply ask her to see the size of the first braid that she does so that you can ensure the size is correct for you…Thank you Mimi for making my hair grow from being shaved in the back to down my back now!!!!!I have attached a pic of my last style – crochet river goddess faux locs.
