Mimi’s Braids

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueArrived on time to my appointment with Mimi and I waited 10 minutes when no one was even in the chair. She braided my hair in the style I requested, however the braids were completely uneven and hair was sticking out of the braids. Unfortunately, I did not realize until I arrived home how subpar the work was when examining it closely. Plus, she up charged for the style. Personally, I will not be going back. Arrived on time to my appointment with Mimi and I waited 10 minutes when no one was even in the chair. She braided my hair in the style I requested, however the braids were completely uneven and hair was sticking out of the braids. Unfortunately, I did not realize until I arrived home how subpar the work was when examining it closely. Plus, she up charged for the style. Personally, I will not be going back. Appointment was originally scheduled to be at 2:15pm on a Sunday 8/22. I received text message literally at 1:50pm stating the appointment would be cancelled due to the rain. The same rain and weather conditions I just traveled from New Brunswick to Clifton. Just to have my appointment canceled due to the stylist refusing to leave her apartment complex because of the rain. Very unprofessional and tacky. Service time and last time.
