One day when I finished getting my hair done, I was about to pay, but I noticed that some of the money I had slipped out. She got very upset, demanding that I pay her the full amount and threatened to call the police on me, I finally got the money and went my way. Ever since that incident the lady has been very rude and disrespectful towards me, she makes up lies , telling me that I’ve cancel my appointment or booked it on another day. She does it on purpose so she doesn’t have to give me customer service.

I have been going there for years and they are THE BEST! My hair always looks wonderful and I get compliments all the time. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. Her and her staff are efficient and pay good attention to detail. Will only go here for hair braiding!

I am a long time customer here at this place . I’ve been going here since I was small and now as an adult. I’ve gotten my twist done from the owner and box braids . I’ve also gotten box braids done from Fatou multiple times. Although, today I received the worst customer service . I was told over the phone that my short spring twist would be 180. Not 180 and up …. I got to the chair this morning all for her to tell me my natural hair was too long and it would have to be 200 . Which is crazy when this hairstyle is to my neck . I am so irritated with it and I will never be coming back after today . Plus I had to tell this new lady who was doing my hair that I didn’t want it small and I wanted it long . My hair looks a mess and I wish they did refunds . Atp I’m never coming back again and she has lost a loyal customer

On 3/26/18 Amy did my Halo braid, she did not do it correctly. It was uneven and messy. Instead of asking for a refund, I just asked her to do it over and she refused even though I wasn’t satisfied and it did not look like the picture I showed her. She was rude and unprofessional and as a first time customer I will not return, nor will I promote her to others. DON’T GO THERE! Amy lacks skill, professionalism and the knowledge of how to treat and retain clients.

terrible ! 1st time i got crochet braids and the girl did them absolutely wrong! and the braids started falling put after 4 days . went their today and complained about how terrible the experience was . the lady offerd to give me new hair so thats what she did but they hurt terrible and i will never ever go again . i feel as though african braiding is over rated
