Zero stars is not an option sadly. She snatched the glasses off of a 5 year olds face, while she was trying them on. (Mind you the mother was purchasing the shades along with other hair supplies) When asked why she was unable to try them on before purchasing, the response was “your not gonna buy it”. At that moment the mother put down everything she had in her hand to purchase and responded” I wont be buying any of it now” She again makes false accusation that “she wasn’t gonna buy it anyway”. Do NOT SHOP HERE! There are better stores with more product option and better prices in surrounding area.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis beauty supply store is very well stocked but to be honest the customer service is not there from the asian owners. The only smile with you when you spending money. The talk to the black customers with a nasty tone and always watch us while we shop in the store up until the minute you pay. And dont think about paying with a card unless it meets the $5 minimum. I’ve been buying supplies from this place since I was a young girl, and the owners have always been very nice to me ! The lady who works behind the counter , where the human hair is sold, always takes care of me ! Thank you Mimi! Although I live 30 mins away from Orange now, I still go back ! This store is well stocked and always has friendly staff, and the supplies I need.

Even with newer shops I still go here. I’ve been treated with nothing but respect. The staff is kind and giving. Also, we can’t get mad they are cautious when they are unfortunately robbed on occasion. There’s no way not to offend in these matters completely. Understand there a small mom and pop and it’s business no one can afford to loose money these days.

Very rude!!! Was in the store with my son and the cashier assumed my son was stealing earrings because he picked them up and didn’t put them back exactly where he got them from. Immediately returned my purchase and took my money to ACE Beauty Supply a few stores down.
