Pedicure was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Absolutely no massage and i could have painted my own toes better. My nails broke the very next day and she flooded my cuticles. Will NEVER go back. Prices were not terrible and it’s super cute in there but the service sucks. Pedicure, Manicure

Amy was careful and very kind , she did an amazing job on my nails and I will not be going there ever again. Dropped the rating because the nails didn’t last from Thursday to Saturday and had to wait till Monday to go see her and she didn’t fix them right and had to have them redone on Blacksburg Virginia and those ppl did an amazing job fixing her screw up.

Terrible experience! Amy is beyond rude and doesn’t even acknowledge you! She did my nails terribly so I called to get them redone. Spent 3 hours there just to be either ignored and then yelled at on why my nails were wrong. Apparently it was my fault and she said she wouldn’t fix my nails again. I cried after I left. So, so bad. Although this spot has good pricing and decent quality work, more than once they have messed up on me. Today I called at 1030 and made an appointment for a pedicure at 6. I came in and the place was packed, I totally understand that things get busy. They sat me down at the pedicure tub after I chose my color and I sat there for 15 minutes without being spoken to or them putting water in. They put my water in and walked away. They started working on me at 625 and were completely done at 643. Not even 20 minutes of working on me even with an appointment.

Very rude; they will NOT speak English while they do your nails ; just talk to each other as if you are not there. Would not mind them not talking at all.

Probably the worst full set/fill I have ever had. I used to go here a couple years ago, and they were fantastic but now there are new and lots of people that work there. I went for a fill, just a plain white french ACRYLIC fill. My nails are uneven…..paint was chipped no more than 5 minutes after I left. The edges are rough, they are so bad I don’t even want to go back and have them fixed. To top it all of it was 30 dollars just for a fill. Ridiculous, I will tell everyone not to waste their money here.

I go there every 2 to 4 weeks to get gel set nails done. Not only do they look fabulas they are fairly well priced. When you are here you can talk to the workers and they are just so nice. They will talk about whatever. I just think its a great plsce to go 🙂
