I absolutely love this place! I needed a nail salon that was close by and went based off reviews. And I am so happy with the outcome! Correct me if I’m wrong but Cindy (I think that’s what she said her name was!) did my mani/pedi today and did an absolutely amazing job. The location is always clean and everyone is so polite. I was able to relax, close my eyes and almost fall asleep (oopsies) during my pedi. Places like this deserve more recognition for the hard work they put in. I’m a happy customer and will be back! I went to get a pedicure because since having my second child I’ve barely had any me time, so I decided to come here to do so. I had a really good experience back in December when I came to get a pedicure, they were extremely professional & I loved how my pedicure came out. However, I cannot say the same thing about this last time I went. I asked for a regular pedicure & the person doing my feet (she had on glasses) obviously didn’t know what she was doing. Literally everyone came to help her while she was doing my feet, whether it was to take care of my ingrown toenail I had or filing down my toenails to get them even every single person had to help her with such small tasks. This is when I should’ve know that she was either new or just didn’t know what she was doing. What makes me even more irritated is that they let her continue with my pedicure rather than taking over or saying something. I’m even more disappointed that I had to pay full price! I will not be returning to Mimi’s & it sucks because I really wanted to like them!

This is my second trip to Mimi’s Nails but it won’t be my last. My experience was so wonderful the first time I wanted to wait until my second visit to see if it held up. It not only held up but exceeded the fabulousness of my first visit. ..and I didn’t think that was possible. Absolutely everyone was kind and caring. My pedicure was awesome but it was exceeded by the quiet and relaxing atmosphere and how well I was treated. On my first visit, Mr. Scott AND Jenny went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and recieved the service I asked for and on this visit, Tracey truly made me feel like I had recieved a spa treatment. The massage alone made it worth the money. I will surely be back!
