I was treated extremely rudely. They don’t have any professionalism. I was treated disrespectfully for not knowing the correct terminology when making the appointment. I had asked for an appointment for a mani pedi and did not say we need a “full set.” I am a nurse and I don’t wear a “full set” normally because my hospital doesn’t allow it because there can be bacterial growth due the way they are layered on. My point is I don’t go often and I don’t know their terminology. Regardless I was just trying to look nice and have a nice day with my daughter before leaving for Hawaii. They could have asked us to come back if they didn’t have time for us but instead we were embarrassed because everyone who was there and everyone who walked into the place were greeted by one lady yelling “Oh so sorry they ask for wrong thing.” It was a very horrible experience. We were publicly humiliated continuously. My daughter and I wanted to have a nice time together getting our nails done and my daughter was in tears. I could hear her crying and the disrespectful woman never apologized or asked if she was ok? I will never ever ever step foot back in that establishment. I will take my business elsewhere. I am writing this to hopefully prevent anyone else from experiencing the hell we went through. My daughter is going today to get her nails redone at a much better establishment nearby.

They do amazing job here! Every staff member is friendly but they should keep the kids in back, they was pretty noisy and feel if gonna pay good money to get your nails done it should be more relaxing environment. But we will def be back!
