Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have had nothing but negative responses when I try to frequent this establishment I came here twice to try to get my nails done The sign says they close at 6:00 I arrived at 5:30 or somewhere around 5:30 no later than 5:30 yet I was told that they were not doing nails anymore I came again and asked to get my nails done and they told me that it was too late they weren’t doing nails I got off work at a certain time so I couldn’t make it before 5:30 each time I was turned away.But they were sitting around doing nothing They had not closed the doors This establishment is frequently empty so I do not understand why they were not able to do my nails not once but twice.Also my daughter has called and tried to get her eyebrows done three times each time she was told they don’t have time today my daughter myself and her mother went to the spa and there was one customer in the entire shop getting her nails done when my goddaughter asked the young lady who she spoke with on the phone why she could not get her eyebrows done and that she had called three times and on the third time because she asked another question she was hung up on she was met with a condescending look and tone.She was then told she does not do eyebrows which is vastly different from we don’t have time to do eyebrows as my goddaughter continue to ask questions the lady became even more condescending and dismissive She even waved her hand as to say go away She threw my daughter a half-hearted apology to shut her up and never looked up from her phone while she said she apologized.With the attitude and demeanor my daughter myself and her mother was given I can understand why this establishment never has more than one to two people at a time in it.If you live in Lake Villa or round Lake Beach please do not go to this establishment to get anything done The way they treat you is deplorable.I have had nothing but negative responses when I try to frequent this establishment I came here twice to try to get my nails done The sign says they close at 6:00 I arrived at 5:30 or somewhere around 5:30 no later than 5:30 yet I was told …More

I’ve been to eveloution in round lake and I spent almost $90 for a set that didn’t all match in shape or thickness. However, the set I just got done at MIMIS are all perfect. She took time to do my cuticles and fix the shape. I highly highly recommend
