Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis salon has become one of my favorites and conveniently located in White Plains with meter parking in back of salon. The owner is very attentive and professional to customer’s needs. While getting your mani/pedi, they give you a heat pack for your lower back; it is like heaven and just adds to the “me time” experience that we all deserve! This salon has become one of my favorites and conveniently located in White Plains with meter parking in back of salon. The owner is very attentive and professional to customer’s needs. While getting your mani/pedi, they give you a heat pack for your lower back; it is like heaven and just adds to the “me time” experience that we all deserve! Place also gives you an option to purchase your own nail tools for a nominal fee that goes in a box with your name on it, but it is not mandatory to do so.

Critical: Quality, ValueSo I waited about a week until I wrote this review. I’ve been getting my nails done a long time I’ve never been charged $73 to merely glue nails on my hand lol then $30 for the SnS powder. I wouldn’t been so angry if they lasted at least 2 weeks but a week later and two have already popped off. On top of a $45 regular pedi that was nothing special. My advice, you could have made a long term customer in turn made more money if your prices weren’t ridiculously high with such poor quality work. So I waited about a week until I wrote this review. I’ve been getting my nails done a long time I’ve never been charged $73 to merely glue nails on my hand lol then $30 for the SnS powder. I wouldn’t been so angry if they lasted at least 2 weeks but a week later and two have already popped off. On top of a $45 regular pedi that was nothing special. Really enjoyed the conversation with my nail tech, the heating pad they stuck behind me while I got my nails done. And a massage while I waited for my nails to dry! I absolutely will be back. I was nervous the price would be unreasonable because I was being treated like a princess and to my surprise the pricing was equivalent to any regular nail salon. Thanks guys!!!

When I asked for gel the employee kept trying to change my mind to do powder, but I really wish I just left. The “gel manicure” lasted barely a day, very thin and just not done neatly. I got a regular pedicure and it was something I could have done at home.. on top of that I spent over $80 for everything. I wouldn’t have minded if it was done nicely but it was rushed and it wasn’t like they were busy.. I was the only one in the store. If you are used to good quality gel manicures I would not suggest this place. When I asked for gel the employee kept trying to change my mind to do powder, but I really wish I just left. The “gel manicure” lasted barely a day, very thin and just not done neatly. I got a regular pedicure and it was something I could have done at home.. on top of that I spent over $80 for everything. I wouldn’t have minded if it was done nicely but it was rushed and it wasn’t like they were busy.. I was the only one in the store.
