This is my second time going to Mimi’s nails and they are horrible I thought I would try them again and I will never do that again my nails were so ugly the shape was horrible I asked for coffin and they weren’t the shape I wanted they were all different sizes and when I told them I didn’t like it they didn’t care they said they would take them off but I would have to pay to get them redone when they messed them up! $65 is not cheap. And I usually am not the person to complain bc it makes me feel weird and there was a lot of people in there I didn’t want them all staring at me but I did it anyways bc I was so upset that I gave them my $65 for that. They obviously don’t care about satisfying their customers I will not be going back there ever again and I recommend you don’t even bother waist of money might as well do them yourself

I brought a picture of exactly what I wanted. I showed the picture to the tech. He said ” no problem, we do it”. I specifically asked if they done GEL NAIL TIPS. Built on my natural nails. He again said “no problem, we do it”. After struggling for almost 2 hours for him to remove existing nails, he then gets out the nail polish and proceeded to paint my raw nails. I had to stop him. Show him the picture again and he looked at another tech and she said ” you want tips?”. I said GEL TIPS. LIKE THE PICTURE. she informed me that they don’t do that. Wow. She then passed me off to 2 other techs to put on regular tips. No one even knew what a COFFIN TIP was. Again, I showed them a picture. Advised them how to do it. Still didn’t get coffin shaped tips. Wow. A lot of money for something I don’t like. Be careful if you visit. Even pictures don’t work.

I have always used Mimi nails and you would think as a regular they would take care of you. Instead I waited for 50 minutes to get my nails done and while I was waiting 4 people that walked in after me got taken back. I ended up just leaving because of how unprofessional they are. the wait times have always been ridiculous, and they only do a mediocre job. today I have finally had enough. I will never be back.

Mimi’s is the best place ever for a manicure or pedicure. I informed Lee that I was a diabetic. Lee was very careful not to cause any injury to my feet. I stand all day on my feet on concrete for work an the bottoms of my feet get calloused. I get the $45 package that gives extra moisturizer on my heels, feet an toes. Lee massages my toes an feet. Applies mud mixture on my lower legs, rinses them off then applies moisturizer creams. The last step of this process is wrapping my legs with hot towels for five minutes. I go to Mimi’s every three weeks.

Made an appointment for last Tuesday to get my nails painted with gel polish and a pedi with gel polish. My nails are pretty, but im not so happy. They arent quite smooth and even. They also told me $55. I gave a $5 tip to make it $60 and my bank account is showing $66. Not happy… Gel manicures

Nails fell off after a week, was charged $100 for a regular gel acrylic only 1 color, no designs, no extra nothing, did a coffin shape when I wanted square and they were cut extremely short after I had told and showed the guy the length and shape.
