Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityDo not come here. Absolutely unprofessional, scammers, and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Came to get a massage done with my mom for her birthday, and my mom is a regular at this location. I haven’t been so was inquiring about their main services and given their response, and my mom noticed them trying to swindle us. Their body message package usually has hot stone, therapeutic, swedish etc included but they were trying to tell us that was no longer a thing and that we had pick an option.They had a really horrible attitude, but despite this I decided to pay because I did not want the day to go awry, but after paying I noticed an EVEN dramatic shift in attitude.They get hounded me about what I considered to be a generous tip on top of larger bill. Mind you this was before I even received the service… I usually tip at the end based on the quality of the service anyways, but to sit there and demand more without even servicing first.It’s not up to you how much people tip, and I did not come here to be gaslight into tipping $30+ dollars to appease you.I asked for my money back, and they were taking their time and refusing to return my money. I have yet to receive the refund. Their manager should fire these people, or review these people. These workers are money hungry. Unbelievable.Anyways, went to Lee’s Massage down the street and got better service, everything we wanted, and just amazing attitude. I recommend them over this place. Mimi Massage may look like a bigger and grander place, but the main service you will get SUCKS, and they will not stop at that, but try and take your money. Avoid this place.Do not come here. Positive: Professionalism, QualityThis was my first massage, and my therapist did an excellent job. I went in with multiple adhesions in my neck and shoulders, and could not lower my shoulders all the way. After an hour, my shoulders were lowered and even. I will definitely be back. This was my first massage, and my therapist did an excellent job. I went in with multiple adhesions in my neck and shoulders, and could not lower my shoulders all the way. After an hour, my shoulders were lowered and even. I will definitely be back. The price was reasonable compared to other places in the area, too, and the owner/employees I met were both very nice.
