I’ve been getting my nails done here for the last year or so, and they aren’t perfect every time, but usually they suffice. I called in the morning for a same day appointment and was told to come in 30 minutes. I wanted a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. Starting with the manicure, I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and she honestly did terrible. If she wasn’t able to do the design, I would’ve opted for something simpler rather than ending up with these. As you can see from the picture, all the nails look like different shapes. Some of them are clumpy/uneven, others are square while some are more narrow. When I rub my fingers along my nails I can feel a chunky/bubbly texture. The design lines are uneven and you can tell that some are thicker than the others. She left residual nail glue and polish under as well as on the sides of my finger. I couldn’t even ask her to redo anything or tidy up the manicure because the salon became busy after I arrived. I felt as though my service was rushed through instead of executed with profession. My pedicure was even more of a mess. A new woman at the salon began my pedicure and attempted to clip/file my toenails then cut my cuticles. Both the clipping and filing were terribly uneven, the salon owner noticed and ended up coming to fix it then finish my pedicure herself. While the new woman was cutting my cuticles, she ended up cutting me multiple times, then irritating it further by putting acetone on it. The salon owner applied my gel polish, but it was once again uneven. I’ve never had this experience before, but I won’t be returning to test them out again. They did not sanitize after each client, I didn’t see them clean off the tools after using them on me, nor did I see them wash their hands in between pedicures before putting on new gloves. I ended up paying about $98 for what looks like a $60 job.

i was not sure about your salon at first but i was pleasantly surprised by how stupendous the service was. i highly recommend Daisy for doing an amazing job with my nails! the massage was so relaxing that it almost put me to sleep. Ella however was a bit rude at first due to a sprawl about taking my friend’s tips off, however once the tips were removed, she was a very pleasant lady. overall, great service and i highly recommend to everyone!! i will be returning shortly, expect me.

This place is horrible 1st time there did filling and pedi. My feet felt the same and looked horrible, my nails all lumpy and polished horrible. I was distracted and did not notice until I was in my car. By then they was gone. Never again, waste of money. Staff was polite it’s why I gave 1 star otherwise would not. I would not go back even if it was free

Ella is one of the best technicians I have ever received a mani/pedi from. She pays attention to details and really loves making customers feel welcome. I have been coming here for about a year now and love it. I just wish they had more colors like other neighboring salons do.

I went in around 5:40 and was taken immediately. First impression, small and cluttered nail salon but clean and efficient. I got a mani-pedi, which came up to the price of $17. I really liked the lady who did my pedicure. We talked about various things in Chinese, since I also know how to speak in Chinese. Speaking with the ladies in Chinese seems to be more approachable. However, even if you don’t speak Chinese, the ladies are very nice. They do not talk about the customer behind their back. They are respectful and know their boundaries.

There service has always been subpar. The only nail tech there worthy of any praise is Annie/June. I went in one day and they told me I had to wait 40 mins even though they were not at capacity. The other nail place I had to go to afterward had more clientel in the building and only quoted me 10 mins. I hate to be that person but the only person to ever show me respect in that establishment was Annie/June. They seem like they don’t like many black people in here.

I have been coming here for a number of years from CANADA and the service has been very exceptional. This time (Dec 2018) I’ve noticed the quality of workmanship and politeness decline heavily which brings me to this 1 star (cause I cant leave a 0). Mimi no longer has no time for quality, no longer cuts ingrown and doesnt have the tool for removing the dead rough skin from under the feet. HIGHLY DOES NOT RECCOMMEND ANYNODY TO WASTE TIME HERE
