Been going here for service for over 10 years and not once have I ever been disappointed!! Very friendly staff! I drive over an hour away just to get my eyebrows done by Shannon! She’s the only one who can get them right! Definitely recommend this place!

I typically always go somewhere else for nails but was running around for someone that could fix my nails last minute, decided to stop at Mima’s. I was standing in front of the counter waiting to be helped for like a good 10 minutes, the owner herself was sitting in front of me and just staring without even saying anything, walked out and no one even noticed. Never met such worst customer service and I am glad I continue to take my business somewhere else, as for the owner, her customer service skills sucked.

The employees here don’t seem very friendly and welcoming. The only reason it’s getting 4 stars from me is because of the nail tech, Catherine “Cat” Hill, who did my nails and made it a pleasant experience.

Their nails are done cheaply here. While I was getting my nails done she would stop every time her phone went off to attend to her phone first before finishing my nails which only lasted about a week. For how much they cost are still kind of pricy compared to real professionals. Horrible horrible attitudes especially mima herself the owner. The girls just love to talk about customers right when they walk out the store upfront of everyone. But I do love how they do $5 threading! And they do them very well.
