They have package deals available for purchase, and they also have a massage school in-house, so you can sometimes score discounted student massages. Every therapist I’ve had has been amazing. One point to make is, since they are in the basement of the bank building. Once the bank closes, they sometimes lock the doors to the whole building and you may have a hard time getting in. Really wish the bank or building owner would make the offices more accessible to the other tenants during off hours. Not Reiki’s fault.

This place is located in a bank building and those are always confusing but once you find the suite its worth the maze. The room was large, the music was calming and the table was a great temperature. It was a little annoying trying to schedule a massage because i had to text twice before i got a response. I booked a follow-up while i was there to avoid this issue.

I thought this place was great. A little hard to find at first, but the nice lady, Ka, did a great job. She was able to work out knots I’ve had for over 2 decades and thought were permanent (and I have better range of motion in my left arm since getting my shoulder worked on.) I bought a groupon and when you call they say it is best to text requesting an appt. I did that twice over a couple of days and no response. I called and left a message and never got a response. I turned my groupon in because after reading other reviews it seems they do this alot and that is just horrible customer service to me. Don’t waste your money or time.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI booked a Groupon, like others took forever to set the appointment. They don’t respond timely. First massage was okay but the didn’t do all the services as listed. So when they realized at the end they offered for me to return for a discounted rate to get the service I initially paid for. It was not the same therapist. He stated he didn’t see the notes and couldn’t warm up the stones in time. So I got another discount but will not be returning. The therapist “stretched” my leg which aggravated an old knee injury so I’ve been in pain for the past three days since. I haven’t been in this much pain in months. I booked a Groupon, like others took forever to set the appointment. They don’t respond timely. First massage was okay but the didn’t do all the services as listed. So when they realized at the end they offered for me to return for a discounted rate to get the service I initially paid for. It was not the same therapist. This place has terrible service. First off you can not even speak to a real person. I went to have my massage and they forgot to schedule it. Well they promised me a longer massage for the inconvenience. Well when I went back the next time I was told the person who I was supposed to see had left already and I was not in the book. I again was offered to reschedule my massage but for a higher price. Although the woman who was trying to resolve the issue was very nice. I felt like this was unprofessional on the company end. She said that she just least the space so her prices are different from what Reiki charge. If could give them a zero for a score I would:(

I booked a Groupon for Reiki and it was a great experience. The booking system and location are not great, but the reiki session was relaxing. They did use a lot of strong essential oils that started giving me a headache by the end of the hour session, but everything else went smoothly.

I got a rushed job. Bed isn’t warm and I waited over 30 min in lobby no one ever came to greet and when therapist came in he didn’t offer water b4 or after massage. He stated he didn’t know I was even coming cuz app wasn’t working. I went cuz it was great reviews for a Jeff . I never met him . I was so disappointed.
