She is a holistic nutritionist and has helped me discover how nutrition has direct impact on your skin and the way you feel. She has helped me avoid pigmentation through two pregnancies by giving me the best safe for mommy to be facials and also helped with supplements for those post baby mood swings and low energy levels. She has thought me what foods are safe for babies and growing kids, how to keep them healthy and protect them from harsh chemicals. Milena has helped my husband with his stomach issues as well.
