From the moment you walk in the door you are wonderfully greeted & feel welcome. Siobhan is an attentive , professional, talented massage therapist! Went in stressed & was able to leave that all there. She relaxed my mind and released my shoulder & neck tension. The nail technicians are wonderful in their own way. I was charged $65 for a gel pedicure yesterday. The bottoms of my Feet are still rough. On the website it says the VIP pedicure with paraffin wax soaking AND a massage is a $68 charge. Extremely confused why I was charged $65 for a very average pedicure. I will never be back here complete rip off

Did not like customer service at the establishment. The young girl who did my nails was rude, she asked me a question how I wanted my nails done, I responded, she forgot what I said and , quite rudely repeated the question, expecting my first response… However I had changed my mind and wanted another additional service. She basically continued to proceed with doing my nails, but, was laughing to herself throughout the process of doing my nails, I found it strange and immature. Won’t be going back, there is like ZERO parking as well!!!

Had Kim for the VIP pedicure and VIP gel manicure and WOW this place is incredible! So relaxing and everyone was very kind (my boyfriend was with me and they were super accommodating while he hung out with me.) I will definitely be back! By far the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten.
