I went her last minute because I was unable to go to the Hempstead location which is Soo much better.went for a silk press and a job cut nd waiting forever because since I was black was only able to be seen by the Afro Latina women. Customer service with her was amazing but overall I didn’t get the best reviews on my hair when I went out later that day. I was told my hair could have definetly been straighter and silver(which it defintely can and has been at the Hempstead location) and that I wasted my money within one day my hir was puffed and I would agree they could have done better and my bob was cut unevenly on one side. So for future customers just go to the Hempstead location and stick to that location. I hated paying the same price for mediocre

I have been a client for years but I love Elizabeth and Anna. They take the time to explain everything and do whats right for you and they care about making sure your hair is healthy, strong and recommend products as well. So, don’t hesitate to go in because the shop is full of chatter and laughter . The welcome you get is wonderful because they get to know you as a person and you get to know them as well.

Two stars because they do know what they are doing. As for fair pricing I wouldn’t recommend. If you decide to go here please ask for prices initially and write it down as evidence. Today I got charged more than I paid before. 145 dollars!

Went to the salon for a wash and rollerset. I was told that it would be $25. After I got out from under the dryer, the same character comes to tell me that she wasn’t really paying attention because she was so busy styling her own hair, but that the price is really $35 because of the tracts in my hair. I asked her if she didn’t feel the tracks when she was washing my hair! So then she said, ok you pay $30 then. SMH. Thank God another stylist named Anna did my hair nicely.

On June 30th, 2018, I had my hair styled very nicely by one of the stylist. Many strangers and friends have complimented me on the hairstyle. The hairstyle fits my persona & facial structure. The only reason why I won’t refer the stylist (will refer salon)to my friends is because the stylist commented on me getting another popular “style of hair”, and I commented “that’s not for me”. The stylist made a secondary comment about the “style of hair” that’s popular, and again I gave my explanation for not choosing that hairstyle(based on my preference and comfortability). For a minute and half, I felt offended and thought the stylist comments unprofessional, but during the styling of the hair she didn’t make anymore comments to me. She’s a good stylist , but she may offend or make clients feel annoyed with comments similar to what I experienced.
