Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI looked everywhere for a last minute place to cut my kids hair, I looked for recommendations on Facebook & Millsy’s came highly recommended. I called to see if they could possibly fit my boys in & they told me their appointments were all booked but to come in and they would fit them in. They were very friendly, efficient & everyone there did a great job on every person we saw that got their hair cut. They were all highly skilled. My boys loved their barbers Kyle & India. We will definitely be returning. I looked everywhere for a last minute place to cut my kids hair, I looked for recommendations on Facebook & Millsy’s came highly recommended. I called to see if they could possibly fit my boys in & they told me their appointments were all booked but to come in and they would fit them in. They were very friendly, efficient & everyone there did a great job on every person we saw that got their hair cut. They were all highly skilled. My boys loved their barbers Kyle & India. Critical: Quality, ValueMy first experience with Millay’s was good. The second time I went, the barber hit the top of my head with clippers and gave me a bald spot.The barber was honest about it and tried to fix it.. So the 3rd time I make sure to get a different barber. Even worse then the second time. It was just sloppy. my neckline was all over. My facial hair was all different lengths.. and to make things even better… I told him to add a 10 dollar tip. When I see my bank statement I see a 45 dollar charge… 20 for the hair 10 for the beard and a 10 dollar tip. Thing’s aren’t adding up..My first experience with Millay’s was good. My first experience with Millay’s was good. The second time I went, the barber hit the top of my head with clippers and gave me a bald spot.The barber was honest about it and tried to fix it.. If they can take my ugly mug and produce quality to get me compliments they deserve an Olympic medal. High quality, proffessional, takes pride in their work. I will only get my hair cut here from now on. Worth every dollar and more which is why I tipped 40%.
