For me they changed my appointment time two times. On one live call I caught the front office person saying ten a.m. when they ment 11. Then they changed it to 10:40.a.m. Something has changed at this place and therefore I’m out. To that I’m going to another outfit. There are many outfits competing for their patients but not this place. I’ll have my BCC treated elsewhere.

I have been coming to Miller Family for going on 3-years and experienced nothing but the upmost quality care. Dr Miller always takes time to listen and has been thorough and I never felt rushed in my appointments. My personal experience is a nice front desk staff that always have been helpful. I am surprised by some of the other reviews. I don’t mind having a credit card up front-my other doctors offices ask for this now as well, including ‘hair salons’ so I am not sure why people are writing reviews knocking it. This is a great place.

Very positive experience here. Been in a few times in the last year. Staff was great, service was excellent. I’ve been a couple other places over the last 10 years. Recently move near Issaquah and decided to come here. Not disappointed a bit.

They were great – until they weren’t. I was a patient at Dr Miller’s clinic for a very long time. During a recent visit I was asked to provide a new credit card since my old one had been cancelled. I informed the A/R clerk that I no longer had a credit card, due to identity theft, but that I could write a check for the co-pay of $30. She told me that if I wanted to write a check it would have to be for the full amount of the visit, and that once my insurance paid them, they would issue me a refund check.

Front desk gave out bad info and colleague overhearing did not correct the bad info, but when I called back later to double check, colleague stated, “yeah, I heard the exchange and she (front desk) was wrong. That is not how it works.” At second appointment the staff I s/w kept asking, “Did the MA tell you this?” No. “Did she tell you that?” No. “I am sure she must have gone over this item with you.” No…the MA covered none of the things this other staff member was telling me. Why not? Then I called to request something from the MA and no one ever returned my call; a week later I had to call back to get the info. It was just a strange and unprofessional experience all around and I was there for medical concerns, not cosmetic concerns.

Family member made an appointment. Spent 45 minutes filling out all their forms online including a scanned copy of the insurance card. Got a confirmation text and responded in the affirmative. Took off work and when he arrived (20 minutes early in case there was additional paperwork) he was told they didn’t have his insurance and billing information so they had cancelled the appointment and would need to reschedule. They said someone had called to get the information, but there was no record of the call on his phone and there was no message on voicemail. They were curt and unapologetic. It is hard to believe that an appointment would be cancelled especially after the appointment has been confirmed by text without calling or texting to tell them that it is cancelled. And the information they claimed they didn’t have, had already been provided when filling out the forms online. When he mentioned this, they admitted the online forms weren’t set up correctly for new patients. I would never recommend or go to an office that has such low respect for the time of their clients.

After a wild goose chase I found this practice who said they could fix my venous lake (bulging vein in my lower lip). It took a while to get an appointment but it was worth the wait. In less than an hour it was diagnosed and treated. After a few weeks of healing it’s looking great. After spending a lot on laser treatments I’m glad I tried this. Cheaper and results that last. Thanks Dr Miller!

Me and my family have had several things done at this office. I have been very pleased after leaving appointments even if I came in with questions. I had a small skin surgery done and Dr Miller was so though and answered any questions I had. They checked in with me the next day and were so kind! My daughter fought a wart for 3 years and we finally had it looked at and now it’s gone!!!! I’ve seen the aesthetician and have gotten great results!!! Highly recommend!!!
