Worse place ever. They do not even know what a manicure is, the lady was pretending that is cleaning the skin around the nails, thn her daughter came and after she finished “taking care of my nails” I still had dead skin around that had to be removed in all the nails. One hundred percent terrible. Maybe go to school to learn what Manicure is ! Especially if you are European do not even try to go there, our 1 star saloon does better job than them.

I used Class Pass credit to get a gel pedicure and overall I was pleased. Super simple, no frills pedi, I’d go back again. They had a decent amount of color options but not as large of a selection as some other salons I’ve been to. I was seen right away and didn’t have to wait. Without using Class Pass it would’ve been $44.

The mani/pedi I got was good but unfortunately I won’t be returning to this place because the employees did nothing but speak in another language. Each time I said something to the woman doing my nails she would respond to another employee in her Asian language and they would both start laughing. It’s rude in my opinion. I have no idea is they’re talking about me, or laughing at me. I even asked her what the other woman said and she said “oh nothing”. I was extremely uncomfortable. I would rather look for a place that will speak English or not say anything at all.

So far so ….. listen this far my experience here has been very positive. I usually only get a pedicure or mid grade pedi ie a spa pedicure depends on the place depends on the price. For a much as I belive that you get what you pay for with mail services it’s not always true. Some nail techs are much better than others whereas other technicians are concerned about the work they are not as experienced at doing and will take corrective measures. Millennium has creatively managed to keep prices easy on the pocket while retaining experienced technicians. The shop may not meet some of the typical high end interior decorating some expect for a Brookline shoppe but seriously I’m not there for that. All I need is a good tech, sterilized tools, a comfy chair & some nail polish colors to choose from! If you’re lucky and it’s a good day and you’re in the mood- the shop from time to time fills with casual chit chat that is inclusive of everyone! My recent service was above par and included a mani, spa pedi and an eyebrow wax (with arching). The service provided was well worth today’s tip!!! I’ll absolutely return as I have previously.
