Used to come here quite often , came by today was told to come back , i got back a little bit late but was thinking they’d give me a little bit since they are the ones who asked me to come back. all i wanted was my nails painted nothing crazy. was told the girl left and hour before closing. highly unprofessional not even staying until the time you have on your door and website that you close at.

Tried to walk in and get my nails done at about 4:30 and it was pretty busy so I was asked to “come back at 6” which was fine so I came back at 6 and was told that they were closed and I informed her that I was told to come back at this time and she scoffed at me and told me I should’ve waited while swatting me out even though I was told to “come back.”

I have been going to Millenium Nails for a couple years now. They always have exceptional customer service, all of the staff are outstanding. Facility is clean and smells good…and my nails are always super awesome. Ken (last chair) does the best Solar Nails I have ever had. (I’ve been getting fake nails for ten years, all across the country.)And Judy (first chair) is an absolute artist when it comes to paint. I am completely addicted to their holographics!

I have been going to Millenium Nails for 10+ years. This business is a small family business and Judy Ken and Kim treat every client well. Whenever I have ideas for nail art, Judy has always come up with something special. I had never had great luck with my feet and Judy was able to make it happen. I am very pleased with Millenium Nails and I am recommending them as well.

I have been going to Millennium Nails for several years and have NEVER had a complaint. Judy and Ken have always been great to work with and will fit me in if I have a broken nail, even if they are busy. Their staff is very pleasant and for many years I have said that my toe nails were beyond repair ( one had surgery and was removed) but Judy fixed all of my toe nails and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this shop as they are professionals and always clean. As far as the previous review about prices changing, I experience that when they give you a break on something. Sometimes when you just need minimal work or a quick fix, they do not charge you for every little thing like other salons will do. I traveled for two years and had to go to other places and I realized how good Millennium was when I didn’t have them.

So I have really mixed feeling about this place. I have had my nails and pedicures done several times here over five-ish years. The work is good, which is why I go back every once in a while. Just stay away from the guy that works there, he is the most toxic person ever. He complains about everything and won’t take a hint that you don’t want to hear him complain the whole time your stuck in the chair. He hates everything and everyone including the customers. How he thinks I want to hear him complain I can’t imagine, especially about his customers when, news flash, I’m a customer.

I love getting eyelash extensions there! Great work, lasts a long time, and a GREAT price compared to all the other salons offering it. I get way more lashes, and although you have to be patient (takes about 1.5-2 hours) its well worth it. No more mascara!

I have been (HAD BEEN) going to this salon for approx nine months. My favorite color is purple and this is the only store that had the acrylic in the purple that I like. I should have known it was a problem the first time I went , but I overlooked the problem. I saw this flaky looking acrylic that I really liked but the artist refused to put it on my nails because she said that they were having problems with that lifting. I asked her why they had that as an example, but she would never give me an answer. I ended up going for another purple color that wasnt as pretty because she did not want to do the work. Needless to say, she did not get the tip that I generally give. I continued going back because nobody in the area had the color to match. After some time I saw a discoloration on my right index nail. It was under the nail, the same nail that I had her redo because of it lifting. I had some problems with lifting in my nails and bubbles in the nail beds that I never had experienced before. I went back to the salon to get a fill and a pedicure that day because I was having foot surgery the followig Monday… I walked in at approx 5pm and told her that I needed a fill and a peducre and she said.. we are too busy. You need to come back. Well, after all of the problems I just said fine.. and left the store. I would find another color I like and not deal with this rude person any more. I ended up going to KC nails by the Leander HEB plus. You know I had fungus on 4 out of 10 of my nails and I was very lucky that I did not “COME BACK LATER” because my index finger was getting pretty bad. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this salon. In the 15 years that I have been getting y nails done, not one time have I ever had the funggus issues and I come to this store for a few months and I get it.. as well as attitude and less than competent service. as well as refusal to do an acrylic they have as an example in multiple colors… DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON IF YOU WANT HEALTHY NAILS…. OR ANY TYPE OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The lady that gave me a pedicure was barely touching my feet. She appeared to get an attitude when I told her she didn’t have to be so gentle. She polished my toenails nice.
