Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will never come back. This was always my go to place as they accept walk ins, they typically do a decent job, and it’s just an easy in/out. The last time I went, I got a gel polish change and they tried to charge me for a full gel manicure. They did end up charging only for the polish change, and I’m glad because it took about 12 hours for it to start chipping. I decided to give them another chance, and that was my own mistake. It took 2 hours for a pedicure and a polish change on my nails. The pedicure was extremely painful and she kept cutting me while trying to file my toenails. I’ll attach a picture where the skin on my big toe is cut all the way across. She somehow cut my pinky toe under the nail, then kept trying to scrape excess polish off of it with her own nail (which was very painful) and I would pull away and she’d just laugh and say she “forgot”. This was supposed to be relaxing, but it was so far from it. Don’t even get me started on how bad my nails look. So messy, and I think she painted my whole finger on some of them. I will never come back. This was always my go to place as they accept walk ins, they typically do a decent job, and it’s just an easy in/out. The last time I went, I got a gel polish change and they tried to charge me for a full gel manicure.
