Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI know most people only write negative reviews, hence leaving a poor score. But I have been going to this salon for over 3 years. I have been to others, but this is the ONLY place where my manicures will last. You cannot be afraid to tell them “this isn’t what I wanted” or “file them shorter, please”. One of the ladies, Tina, even does free-handed art designs on my nails. Yes, it is an uncharge of $5, but I took her a picture from Pinterest and said “can you do this?” She was so close, it was amazing. I do not care about the bad reviews, because I know you cannot please everyone. I will continue to come here. I know most people only write negative reviews, hence leaving a poor score. But I have been going to this salon for over 3 years. I have been to others, but this is the ONLY place where my manicures will last. You cannot be afraid to tell them “this isn’t what I wanted” or “file them shorter, please”. One of the ladies, Tina, even does free-handed art designs on my nails. Yes, it is an uncharge of $5, but I took her a picture from Pinterest and said “can you do this?” She was so close, it was amazing. I do not care about the bad reviews, because I know you cannot please everyone. I will continue to come here. I did not get seated until AFTER 8 , and several time asking when would someone begin the service , and several walk in clients getting seated before me. After waiting OVER a hour pasted the appointment time I began to get my nail done by Tena who laughed at the fact(literally laughed) that my cousin when she asked would they offer me a discount , coupon , anything on my nail do to the ridiculous wait. After laughing and saying “we don’t do discounts” she said “we mess up all the time” and laughed again like that would make me feel better or something . I felt like my service was rushed because I was the LAST one in the shop ! I had to touch up my nail the next day because of the lack of care put into my nail the night before! If I could give NO stars or even negative stars trust me I would. I did not get seated until AFTER 8 , and several time asking when would someone begin the service , and several walk in clients getting seated before me.
