The people who work here have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They talk about you in another language and they make it obvious they’re speaking negatively about you. If there is a wait, they give you no indication for how long the wait is. If you try to nicely ask, they treat you as if you’re a difficult client. Last time I went, the girl had air pods in and was talking on the phone to her boyfriend during my whole manicure. I will never go back.

Just a waste of money honestly!! 55$ for a standard mani, pedi they dont listen of what you want, they dont even know how to shape a nail. Literally if it was done at home by a rookie it would be better. Not recommended and after they see you unhappy with the results they give zero attention. First and last time here

1st I had appointment for pedicure and full set place was just about empty when I walked in 30 minutes early. Pedicure was nice. While getting pedicure it got busy turned into full house. Move from pedi station to nail station and now had to wait like 15…remember I had made appointment. Girl seemed inexperienced nails uneven and sharp. She burned me alittle with machine drew.

I just had to cut my visit short and leave without getting painted. One lady rudely came over and started talking aggressively to my lady 1 ft from my face like I wasn’t even there and didn’t stop, never looked up. I paid $15 and walked out with stained nails, the polish wasn’t even removed thoroughly bc they were too distracted. Waste of time & money.

I got a pedicure 7 days ago and two of my toe nails have already chipped. During the pedicure, the massage portion was rather aggressive and didn’t feel very good and wasn’t relaxing in the slightest. I went with my friend and both of us felt sore afterwards. They pulled on my friend’s toes too which didn’t seem right. Also, we were never offered champagne- however the girl next to us was throwing it back like no tomorrow. Overall- ok experience. Probably won’t return though since my nails have chipped in less than a week.
