After being a loyal customer for years with the same nail tech I switched to a new tech because mine left. I made my appointment for a new full set once I got there they took my old nails off and instead of cutting my nails down and applying the new tips they just put acrylic overlay. At checkout I was charged for a new set and they said it didn’t matter if I got new tips or not it’s the same price. During this time I have had 5 nails fall off so this time I asked to speak to the manager so I could show them and explain what was happening because I’ve never had that happen in all these years and she said I was never charged for a new set but after looking further she saw that I was! She offered $5 off which is totally absurd so I decided to go elsewhere and they lost a loyal customer.

The worst. I have been with this business for 6 years for lashes, nails and facials consistently and the service I got two weeks ago for my acrylic fill and my repair today was indescribable. When I got the fill the woman simply walked off midway and I sat waiting for 30 minutes confused and realized she went to another client and just left me. A patron asked what I was waiting for that alerted them that I hadn’t had my nails finished. Two days later, one completely breaks off while on vacation, I get back, it’s not time for a fill and I go for a repair that had to be redone three times and still was not right and then the woman yells that I have to pay 7 dollars for a repair that is stuck to my finger with a hunk of acrylic on the underside, lumpy like the rest of my nails the note in my file for me not to be placed with her again was completely disregarded today. I can’t believe it and going to find someone to get my mail unstuck from the acrylic as there was little assistance.

This was my first time ever coming to millennium, I just recently moved here and was looking for a place I could come back to for my hair, nails, and massages. The front desk girls were very rude from the beginning. I booked it as a manicure with dip nails. They didn’t do any of the manicure, no hot towels, lotion, or any sort of massage it was just the nails. When I went to the front desk to pay they were charging me in the same amount for a pedicure and when I asked them why I didn’t get the pedicure they said I would have to ask for the towels and lotion. i’ve been getting my nails done my entire life and have never heard of a place doing that, they gave me attitude like it was my fault when I asked and still charge me the full amount even though they didn’t even do a manicure. On top of all that one of the nails chipped off after I left. It sounds to me based off of mine and others reviews this place needs reevaluated because you can’t have rude stuff and expect to get reoccurring customers. Such a shame, do better.

So stressful and honestly, just awful. Me and my husband went in for pedicures and manicures the entire experience was rushed and yet somehow we were still running 30 minutes later than we were supposed to be. My husband‘s Nails still had dirt underneath them and even though we had vocalized at three separate times for him to have his nails painted, his technician completely ignored it. My technician used her nails to dig into my legs while massaging. The front desk admin issued us a credit for a new manicure for my husband, but this whole experience was so uncomfortable I would not recommend this place for a relaxing experience. I feel so stressed after leaving, you’re better off going to a Walmart nail salon. This place is not the vibe.

Very helpful staff. I tried to make my appointment online but it kept failing. Called in and they helped me right away. Upon arrival was quickly greeted….with a smile. Was taken back for services right on time and Ken was amazing. Possibly the best pedicure I have ever had. Then he filled my acrylic nails. Took his time and did it right. Repaired the nails that needed it rather than just cutting them off and putting new tips on like other places I have been which I appreciated since I hate tips. We are new to the area and I was looking for a new place and so glad I have found a place that offers so many services.

Saturday the 27th was my worst experience since I’ve been coming to Millennium. I was told to book with Shelby because she’s good with designs, however, that is not true. I did not like her technique of drying gel polish she does one nail at a time to dry the gel polish. I asked her when she started would my nails dry since it was not getting the full time to dry on the timer. She claimed yes gel polish just needs 60 seconds to dry and by the time she did each nail it would get the full time to dry. It was a lie because the next day one nail started peeling. I called and of course, the receptionist said they were booked, the receptionist booked me for an appointment Monday. Once I got to my appointment two more nails were peeling. I was supposed to get the repair done by Tony and he told me I could not because I told them only one nail needed to be repaired and he was booked or I can wait until 7 pm and walk off. My appointment was at 5:15 I was not waiting until 7 pm. I asked for a refund and I was told I could not have one so I asked for a manager because my nails should not be peeling a day later. The receptionist said she could contact a manager but it wouldn’t be done right then to receive a refund. I rescheduled again for the third time Tuesday to get my nails repaired. I get there and check-in and met the lady who was doing my nails. I’m explaining my situation to her, She tells me to pick a color. I told her I wanted a french manicure she seem to have an attitude at this point and talked in their language to others and everyone looking towards me. She tells me my nails are too short and I asked her how when the gel polish she had just taken off was a french manicure design. Shelby charged me $10 extra and I needed some type of design. By the time I told her about herself and my experience coming back three times wasting my gas and asked for the manager again she did what needed to be done. By the time I left, I was finally satisfied. I liked going to Millennium however I will not be back!

I had a FABULOUS pedicure with Shelby today! Not only was she thorough but she also took her time. I did not feel rushed at all. She was meticulous when it came it cleaning up my cuticles. And her massage pressure was just right. Super friendly and sweet. I’ll be seeing her again for sure! Also, loving the volcano CBD pedicure! It makes your legs and feet SO smooth!

I called around 2pm to see if I could be fit in last minute. I had a terrible experience at another nail salon in town (NOT a millennium spa) and needed my nails fixed so they could be nice for my wedding that weekend! They fit me in at 2:30pm!! Andy redid my French manicure and was so detailed and polite. He took such care to make sure my nails were done well. He also fixed a few toes that were done poorly from my pedicure and didn’t even charge me for the toes. He was so kind and just fantastic. He saved the day! Now my nails will look beautiful on my wedding day. Andy is the best!!
