Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueStar is amazing! My hair was severely damaged, and I thought she would have to cut it very short, which I didn’t want. She deep-treated my hair, and gave it a cut to remove most of the damage, but save some length! She does more than cut hair, she was able to give me a style that complemented my face, my type of hair and make my hair healthy while I wait for it to grow out!She is over an hour away, but I will be back! She deep-treated my hair, and gave it a cut to remove most of the damage, but save some length! She does more than cut hair, she was able to give me a style that complemented my face, my type of hair and make my hair healthy while I wait for it to grow out!

Absolutely a great experience. Star was so sweet & knowledgeable! She did a wonderful job on my Brazilian blowout & hair cut. Cannot thank her enough! I wish I would’ve gotten a pic of it but I’ll work on getting one in a couple days!

Star is amazing!! I went in for a Brazilian blow out & I forgot to color my hair first so I had some grays coming in, I said to her maybe next time I could get my hair colored? She said you need some highlights too & I said yes I want those too….p.s. she said let’s do it now! I was like what??? Salons NEVER say that!! So we did & I figured I’d be there for 3hrs to get all this done… not with star 1hr & 45 minutes done with it being colored, highlighted & Brazilian blow out & I almost cried b/c my hair was beautiful, I absolutely loved it & she styled it so pretty that I didn’t want to go to sleep that night & ruin it!! I went to my mom’s after & she went Camara crazy… she loved it so much, she’s calling star for an appointment next week ❤❤❤thank …you Star for my beautiful hair

Absolutely wonderful experience! I called at 9;15 in the morning and had an appt. for 10:00. I arrived at 9:50 and I was out with my color, cut, blow dry and pedicure done by 11:15!!! Star is AMAZING!! I’m sooo glad I didn’t spend half my day off getting my hair done like I have at other salons! I can’t thank her enough!

Had the Brazilian done w Star. She was Friendly, informative and attentive. Looked nice when I came out the salon. I followed the instructions on special shampoo, conditioner and things to avoid…but it didn’t hold out like she claimed. By the next day it looked like any other blowout. After the first wash, it was frizzy. The color I had on my hair changed to a different tone…almost looked like a bad bleach job. I would never waste my money on it again. I basically paid for the same look had I just got my hair blown out and flat ironed….without the color change . Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Very disappointed with my Brazilian Blowout. I had it done with Star. I have previously done my own Brazilian blowout and am very familiar with the process. When I got it done here it took only about 1 1/2 hours. I felt as if it were rushed. There wasnt enough product on my hair. She didnt fully blow dry and straighten it correctly. She told me if I wanted to I can straighten it more at home, after I asked her to flat iron it more. I know how it’s supposed to feel like, and my hair feels nothing like when I did it for myself with half the cost.

Not pleased with the attitude of the stylist. Haircut was ok, she barely cut it at all and didn’t frame my face as asked. Instead she argued about politics with me because she’s a Trump supporter and I am a unhappy American looking to move out of the country before it gets any worse. Instead of avoiding the conversation like a professional she kept it going and going and going. I wont be going back or recommending to my friends. Liberals, and loving humans, stay away or at least avoid starting a political conversation!
