The level of Professionalism at this business is un-real to me! To contact this place, make an appointment over the phone, have the appointment confirmed, only to arrive and be told you have no appointment and we have nobody to do your hair. No apology no action to rectify the issue or and it’s the 2nd time not the 1st! Like really not even at apology

The wait times were unlike anything I have ever seen.The service itself was great,but I would have liked it to be more personable where the stylist actually consults with you,tell you the products they are using etc…You kind of just get stared at until your hair is done and no one says hello while there doing it I felt as though I was on a conveyer belt

I just want to say I will not use this salon again for my daughters sweet 15 I made a 315pm appt my daughter did not get attended til 430 pm putting our entire schedule behind and that was just the beginning I feel the person who did it over booked herself my daughter did not get out until 630pm needless to say I will not refer this salon to anyone

They had pictures of the braids they allegedly do. Only for the stylist to refuse to do all of them. Then tell me if he doesn’t want basic braids shes not doing it. What’s the point of an appointment if the stylist refuses to work. Honestly this place sucks

I don’t know what you guys are saying in your reviews! The girl i had was very nice she got my hair done fast and complimented me when it was over. She was very gentle overall and choose a beautiful shade of red for my hair, i was impressed!! No hair was damaged and in fact my curls are popping more then ever right now! I’ve been going to this salon for 2-3 years now and don’t plan on stopping.

I go to these type of salons all the time for a blow dry and trim being that they know how to do black hair. i’ve been to this salon before and they did my hair good and i had no issues, this one time in particular though caused crazy damage to my hair. one blow out and my curls were gone. if you have natural hair and don’t want to cause any damage i’d go somewhere else.. it’s been 6 months and i’m still repairing it. i hate to leave a bad review but i honestly just hope this salon gets more educated on natural hair care etc cus not everyone wants perms or heat damage

If only they could braid black peoples “strong” hair without blow drying you bald first. Braids are supposed to be protective so to put heat before to me is mind blowing. Good luck getting respect if you’re not from Cape Verde especially if you don’t have what people consider good hair.

I set my appointment for 10:00 am on a Saturday a week prior for my appointment. I came 15 mins early prior to appointment. Tell me i was waiting in my chair for 2 1/2 hours. Idk if it was because i had 4c hair or that i was a guy but they didn’t care for my service at all . Then when i finally got in a chair for my wash a lady and her mother came in i can tell they were walk ins and i got kicked off my chair and waited another 30 mins. They braid hair good but service and attitude terrible.
