I told the person who was doing my nails that I wanted a different shape and she stated that that’s more money and she didn’t wanted to tell me because I wouldn’t want to pay, my bestfriend paid exactly the same as me and she got a different shape. she also said that she would have to work more. nails are peeling off and it’s been only 1 week. I told her I didn’t want gel and thats what she gave me. This lady didn’t know how to listen, And let’s not even talk about design she just didn’t like me I guess.

One set lasts me more than 1 month before any kind of chipping. My acrylics have never came off from here and I have been getting them done consistently for the past year. Terrible nails and terrible customer service. My nails were left lopsided after acrylic set and began peeling day after. Called to politely ask if the one peeling could be fixed and was met with rude remarks. When I went back to fix it, nail tech (different one than the one that initially did nails) and manager were very rude. Nail tech gave me the silent treatment when I asked how her day was and when I thanked her on my way out.

I understand that we’re still in the middle of a pandemic, but they need more organization. How do you book 3 women for the exact same appointment on the same day at the same time? Than have them waiting. Also my pedicure could’ve been done better. To me the nail techs rush everything so the work is done looking sloppy& not the best.

The worst service received. I think they need to train their technicians. Never had such a horrible manicure. Filed unevenly and was going to leave one hand with long nails and one with short instead of making them even so I had to tell her to cut them. Why does one have to instruct you how to do your job. barely cut the cuticles back. Polish was slapped on my nails sloppily as well as the top coat, leaving polish on the side of my fingers. I had to tell her to clean them up because she sent me away as though they were fine. She did a piss poor job of even doing that leaving most of the polish still on the side of my fingers. I hope this will save someone time and money. Do NOT patronizing this place

Laura didn’t even apply lotion, massage, or cut the nails right. She didn’t do even scrub the heels.
