Just paid $60 for a “coffin” style and didn’t realize how poorly done this manicure was until I got home. Should of used my voice more, recieved a subpar job more than once here and I’m certainly not going to make the same mistake again. Service was nice enough, but looking at these fills me with anger.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first time going here and before going I was very skeptical after reading these reviews. From my experience they did a fantastic job. I think it all depends on the person that works with your nails. I got tips with dip powder. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she completely met my expectations. I left there very satisfied. Hidden charges! $15 to take off polish. Polish was old. Overpriced. $97 for a gel mani/pedi is robbery! Less than impressed! Manicure, Pedicure

First time here for a girl’s weekend. Decided to pop in and have our nails done. Busy place as it’s in the mall area. I waited 20 minutes while sitting in a chair next to my friend while she was having her nails done. Then he sends me to someone else. Lady was nice enough. Had gel nails done for $25.00. Not bad, I guess. She did leave some polish on my skin that I didn’t notice until after i was gone. I’ve had better manicures at other places. Too far for me to go back. But I’m glad we went because we were just out for a good time.

I just enjoyed the millennial manicure and eyebrow waxing at the time. Amy at station number eight took good care of me. Despite the language barrier preventing much conversation, I felt comfortable and relaxed during the process. My hands and forearms feel very soft. My clear polish was applied very quickly, but it looks nice and shiny.

Positive: Cleanliness, PunctualityAnnie did a nice job on my acrylic set. I asked for the tips to be thinned and she did a great job, caring for all the details. Some of the gel polish was too thick so it ended up dark in some spots. Only I’ll notice it though. I only wish that more care would go toward the cuticles. Mine are very thick and the nails would look better if they were back where the cuticles start. I will go back.Service: ManicureAnnie did a nice job on my acrylic set. Critical: QualityGot my nails done here this past weekend. First it was fine but the lady I had barely spoke to me. Which is completely fine also. She started prepping my nails and pulling back my cuticles by pinching them and it hurt really bad. Then, she proceeding to put clumps of acrylic gel on my nails (mind you I already had acrylics, just needed a fill.) instead of taking the excess off she curled it under my nail and then filed my real nails underneath to the point where if one breaks my fingernail will fall off. I asked for coffin, got more of a square shape. Everytime she filed my nails with the electric filer I winced at it cause it hurt so bad and she didn’t care. I was almost to the point of asking her to get someone else and almost started crying because it literally hurt so bad. My nails are still raw. Not to mention every single nail is crooked and different sizes on each. In between all of this, she asked me if I was going to get my eyebrows done “cause they’re a little bushy”. I know for sure that they are, but the way she said it was extremely rude. When I went to pay she asked if I was going to tip in cash and I said only card and she got mad and walked away. Will not be going here again.Got my nails done here this past weekend. First it was fine but the lady I had barely spoke to me. Which is completely fine also. I share similar concerns as the other reviews about sanitation at this salon. The technician who did my nails had visible nail fungus and was not wearing gloves.

I’ve been going to this place for a while for dip manicures and pedicures. I’ve always loved the shellac pedicures there, but the price is ALWAYS inconsistent. I got a pedicure and they asked me which one I wanted (from the sheet they have of many different options of different pedicures you can get) I decided to get just the regular pedicure which said was $32, which is the one I always get and with the shellac, the price is sometimes, $40, it’s sometimes $42, it’s sometimes $45, but this last time I went, when it came time to pay, the lady told me the price which sounded like “47” but I thought to myself “no way she said $47 I must of just heard her wrong”. Sure enough, I look at the receipt and the price was $47!! I wouldn’t have a problem with paying $47 for a pedicure, but when the price is different every single time I go, that’s when it becomes an issue for me. I feel as though they just charge whatever they feel like charging and don’t stick to their prices that are listed and that’s why they are now going to lose my business. Not only that, but the pedicure was extremely rushed and I did not get a good massage at all. The lady just rubbed my legs for a couple seconds and that was the end. It was NOT worth $47. ALSO, I always get attitude from the workers if I don’t tip in cash, which is extremely ungrateful and rude in my opinion. Do better, Millenia.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my second time getting my nails done since the pandemic. The first time I went somewhere else and was not happy, so I figured I would try Millenia this time. I had Sarah for a technician. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. And she totally exceeded my expectations. My nails look perfect, everything from the shape, color, and application was perfect. I will definitely come back. Thank you! This was my second time getting my nails done since the pandemic. The first time I went somewhere else and was not happy, so I figured I would try Millenia this time.
