Thanh was my awesome, nail technician during my visit. I opted for a gel manicure and pedicure. My time spent in the salon was pleasant as she and the staff are kind and courteous. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI decided to try this place on Friday. It was close to work reviews looked good. I can in I needed some replacements and a fill. This is what I got left with it was not filed right lumpy and an extremely bad job. There is no difference between my cuticle and nail. When I complained he attempted to fix but after the first nail it was the same outcome. I said never mind we wouldn’t be getting anywhere. There was another gentleman there who didn’t look into my issues. He just charged me and let me leave. The customer service is awful and obviously my tech couldn’t do nails. I will never go back and ladies do not go here. There inexperienced and lack of customer service. Did care to charge me. I love ittt. I went in today for a full set and to cut my hair and fix my layers and she did just that. I forgot to get her name. She was the only working today. She did an amazing job with my nails and left no clumps or imperfections.

I came in to get my nails done, and I had a picture for reference of what I wanted. I was told that they could do it, so I waited the 30 minutes to get my nails done. As they were putting the acrylics on me, they said they couldn’t do the design I wanted. That was fine, I picked just plain French tips. Then as she did it, the lines were no where near straight. I asked her to fix them multiple times, but they were not getting better. Four days later, one has already broken off. Not thrilled.

Hanna was AMAZING!! She did my Pink and white solar nails perfectly, and I have never had them done this well!!. The customer service was excellent!!! Her husband was nice as well….such a great experience to be in from out of town…I will be back just to get my nails done with her!!!. AMAZING!!!
