The lady cleaned under my toenails and proceeded to rub the gunk on top of my toe. The discard is always rubbed off on the towel. Very disappointed by this disrespectful behavior. I’ve been going here for a while and have never had a problem. Needless to say I will not be back. Pedicure

The first time a lady name Vi did my shellac and she did an amazing job, the second time was not a hit to say the least! I realized once home that I still had cuticle hanging into my manicure, and my entire nail was not covered in polish! Not sure if I will return.

There were roaches. ROACHES! Now, I recently moved to the Cypress area and have been to 3 or 4 nail spots trying to find someone who can get my pedicure right like the place I used to go to. Millen Nails was by far THE worst! Let me tell you a few things about my standards first…I don’t have many! I know that not all places use a new set of tools for every customer and I’ve never had a problem with it. But at least be GOOD at using those tools! The lady was taking skin ABOVE my cuticle off…which hurts! And she didn’t even try to get the dead/extra skin around my nails off. My feet looked better before I went in. Never again, and the search continues.
