I really dislike writing negative reviews, but writing this with the hopes that owners can read and make some improvements. Hands down the worst nail salon I’ve been to. First, manicure/pedicure is mediocre, I can do way better myself. Second, the staff spoke nonstop in a foreign language. English is not my first language as well, but I never allow myself to talk in my language in front of others, it’s very impolite. It also doesn’t create a relaxing atmosphere when the staff keeps talking and laughing in their own language. But most importantly, the place is not clean, quite dirty – I would have walked out immediately if it wasn’t raining. Will never come back and don’t recommend it to anyone.

Very busy salon in Aspen. I made an appt and because they were so busy, i was rushed the entire appt to the point where it felt like abuse. I was told to ‘relax’ my hand repeatedly, during a manicure while also getting a pedicure. Kind of hard to relax when you’re being pulled in 20 directions, with both feet and hands. I understand them wanting to see as many clients as possible, but that many appts were clearly stressing the nail techs out. I want my nails done as quickly as possible, as I never find this type of thing enjoyable, but not to the point where I feel I’m going to get injured due to them racing as fast as possible to get clients in and out, especially for paying $200 for a gel mani/pedi. The end result was ok but I do not recommend this place.

Worst nail salon I’ve been to. I went in and asked for a French SNS manicure with tips. 10 minutes into the appointment it was clear they didn’t know how to properly do this. An hour and a half later, I wound up with the worst manicure I’ve ever had… every nail was different and looked nothing like the picture I showed them. My friend got a simple SNS manicure and had similar results to me. The girl sitting next to us asked them to redo to her nails as well. They admitted my nails came out poorly and apologized but still charged me $91 for it! The most I’ve ever paid for a manicure! I’m on day two and the gel they painted over the manicure is already chipping. Do NOT go here.

I loved the service at the location but the quality of the work and the price were not worth it. My nails (dip) came off today, on day 5. When I call they kept saying that they wouldn’t refund my money because it’s been 6 days since I got my dip when it clearly wasn’t. I paid an absurd amount of money for a mani (dip) and pedi (gel) about $200. Originally, I only wanted the money for the dip since it completely came of but they were so rude, dismissive, and wouldn’t let me explain my point and simply kept saying that it had been 6 days and that was the reason as to why it came off. Usually when I get dip with my regulars lady it lasts about 4-5 week,. What insane is that I paid this much about ($200) and it lasted 5 days only!
