Worst place in New York. The owner of the salon does not listen to what the client asks for, only ro and what she likes. I made an appointment for nail extensions using the SNS method and instead she shortened my nails to zero and did UV, moreover very messy and in addition cut me. When paying, she increased the price and I had to pay more than we agreed at the beginning. The owner is very noisy and likes to touch and hug everyone, yells at the staff and acts like she has never learned good manners. Terrible place, will never go there again and advise everyone to stay away.

I can’t put in to words how great this place is! Great atmosphere, great ladies and the owner! Great place to relax while those wonderful women take care of you! The owner cares about her costumers very much . She makes sure they are well taken care of by offering hot neck towels, water, tea and much more! She makes sure that each costumer is happy! I am always happy with my nails, wax and massages! Love this place and highly recommend! Thank you ladies for all you do!

The place is clean the girls are wonderful but the owner is a witch!!! Rude, loud, likes to touch you too much and needs to stop yelling at customers and her staff. She needs a crash course on how to appreciate your staff and customers. If you want to keep your customers coming back and keep your business open, stop being so loud and nasty!!! You’re lucky your business is in a good neighborhood, you wouldn’t last a day in a bad neighborhood. Get on your knees and thank god for that. And treat your staff better or they will leave you just like your customers who have had a bad experience have done. What a shame!

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThis place is super clean and well ran. They have amazing customer service and really look out for their customers. They make sure to greet you and make you feel at home..When you get your pedi they have sandals for you and instead of toilet paper like others they use the foam toe separator.The whole process took an hour, they massage your feet, hands and back for a good length of time.The only reason why I won’t be coming back is the priceI chose to get the most basic mani and pedi ton fake nails and they charge 50$!!!! (10$ extra for better nail polish that I didn’t find out until the paint was about to be put on)Plus the 10$ tip so I paid 60$ for a basic no gel no acrylic mani pedi.. basically paid extra for the massages and nail polish…I felt way cheated out of my money regardless of the extra perks! While the owner (Lee) did offer my niece (11) a free nail design when they found out it was her birthday but as she started to do my gel manicure and half way through she stopped to take care of money. She took so long to come back to my manicure that the technician that did my niece’s nails came over to finish me, while standing up. The owner still had time to insist I needed a matching pedicure and that my eye brows needed attention, why thanks for the insult. My manicure definitely missed a step because they’re so sticky and keep getting covered in a film, the gel manicure also is not flat and each nail has a wave running through it. It easily chipped only 24 hours after having it applied. While it was close to my mom’s house, I rather drive to go anywhere else.

They do a fantastic pedicure and decent facial. My gel manicure is 2 weeks strong and the gel hasn’t chipped or look cracked at the tips. The owner Lee is wonderful. She can be a bit overwhelming when she offers food and tries to literally feed you, yet she comes from a good place. The rest of the staff is courtesy. I’d rather be overly concerned for than regarded as another sale.
