I never leave reviews for places, but I feel this experience warranted one. This was my first time at a Milk & Honey and I had the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. Throughout my entire hour massage there was constant loud construction noise on the other side of the wall adjoining my room. It was so disruptive that my masseuse voiced how unacceptable it was and said I should be comped for the entire massage. When I got out, the manager, Nicole, offered a me a 20% discount on my NEXT massage there. She said she was unable to comp the massage claiming that the owner was the only person with this privilege. The lack of customer service and concern for my experience was outrageous. I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to leave a spa more relaxed than when you came in, and that was not the case. Avoid this spa at all costs.
