The atmosphere was inviting and the complementary services were a nice perk. As far as my actual service, I would rated a two. I was relaxing and I did not realize when she was trimming my toenails unevenly by the time I noticed it was too late for her to be able to correct it. She said she was trying to cut some thing out of my big toes but what she should have done was ask me how I wanted them cut and shaped. I prefer my toenails to be squared as the final result specifically, my big toes are cut all rigid and that made me highly upset And I didn’t see the point of her painting my toes with color. When getting a spa service you want to feel pretty and I did not feel pretty leaving the shop . I politely paid for the service, but I will not be coming back here.

Beautiful decor and they work do hard but I had a negative experience today and I might not be back. They did not show colors for my gel manicure and pedicure until just before they were about to polish so I was under pressure to choose a color. I wanted something sparkly but they didn’t show me any. Finally they brought over a metallic copper which I liked. They never said it would cost extra. When I went to pay. they told me it was $10 extra, AFTER they had already performed the service! I also didn’t like how they asked me a million times if I liked what they were doing while I was trying to relax.

Extremely thorough and great job on my pedicure. The staff are so nice and brought us tea and sodas while they did our nails. I will definitely come back. One member of our party smudged her nails on the way out and they stopped what they were doing to get her back into the chair to redo that nail to make sure she was happy and the job was done right.
