This place is incredible. The atmosphere, service, milk and cookies! My daughter loved every detail. I brought her here with a friend and they had such a great time. A song from the Little Mermaid came on and the ladies doing the nails started singing beautifully in unison. It’s happens to be my daughters favorite movie and song. My daughter felt like she was getting a Broadway performance while getting her nails done. She had the biggest smile ever. It was just the best moment. Thank you so much to the lovely ladies who made the girls feel so special!!

such a great kids spa!! i brought my sister in & she got a trim, cute style & a pedicure! she claims her feet smell like marshmallows haha she thoroughly enjoyed herself & her cookie at the end. the staff was amazing!! will be back again

I took my daughter and her friend here for her birthday and they absolutely loved it 10 out of 10 the staff was amazing they treated the girls as their own. The hair was slayed beautifuly the manis pedis beautiful. I will be bringing my daughter there again and again.

Staff/ service – There were 4-5 employees on hand during our visit. This made it easy for us to be attended to right away upon arrival. My daughter’s esthetician was very friendly from the get go. Her enthusiasm matched my daughters, which made it a pleasurable experience for her. She gave her a lot of choices and did not rush her to make up her mind. She asked me for permission to cut down her nails and give her her treat.

Very good the girls love it. It’s very packed. The staff is very nice. They have a waiting room and a game room. There pretty fast. They give kids milk and cookies. They have 2 types of cookies sugar, and chocolate chip cookies. They have milk 3 types strawberry, vanilla, chocolate milk. I really like it here. Very good for kids and they do kids parties. They are very patient and very nice I love it. I had a great time. The bathroom is very clean. They are very clean they clean after everything the spas the manicures and everything. I so loved it

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI brought my daughter and niece here on 9/5/21 for the M&M’s mani and pedi package and everyone was so nice and professional. They were great with the girls. I was really amazed by how nice everything was. I will definitely bring them back every few weeks to get pampered. Oh and they have a loyalty points reward system. Love it!

Been there two times, my son has gotten his ears cut both times. He happens to be wearing the same shirt both times but first time was August 12th 2021, they cut his right ear and gave him ROTTEN MILK!! My son had a bad stomachache but after a million apologies and swearing it was the first time it had ever happened (although no reimbursement for our visit) we decided to give the benefit of the doubt and gave them a second chance on November 11th 2021. The pictures show BOTH EARS BLEEDING!!

I will never forget the poor customer service. It’s okay to wait because you are busy and even didn’t mind the tiny space. We made appointments and when we got there we still had to wait. What I didn’t like is while we was waiting our children couldn’t even have milk or a cookie until they got serviced. They watched the other kids have one and I mean 1. A little girl asked for 2 cookies and they told her it’s just one cookie and milk. I felt so bad for my child and the others waiting. They stated it was for after they finished. If they are waiting for an hour for the appointment what child wouldn’t want a snack. We left and never returned
