Terrible attitude and inconsistent pricing. Tried to force a consultation fee, even though I already told her I know what I wanted. then would not honor the Groupon and tried to force me to cancel my Groupon and pay her directly or pay her extra for services that are specifically listed on the deal itself. Horrible customer service, crooks. Avoid!

Purchased a full set of eyelash extensions with a groupon. I wanted to try this spa because it was convenient and much cheaper than lash spot. I though the technician did an ok job, I was a little uncomfortable during the service. Finally the tech grabbed me a pillow. I told the woman that I liked the natural look. This was not my first time getting my lashed done so I know the rules of what to do and not to do. The first day, I lost a lash and they continued to fall out frequently from then on. I didn’t think they look very natural either. All the lashes were the same length from center to outer and they didn’t even extend to the outer corner of my eye, which looked weird and is not natural. It’s been a couple of weeks now and the few that are still on look crazy. I would definitely pay a little more for more better quality and longer lasting lashes. I would not recommend

I got a Brazilian wax here for the first time via Groupon and it is probably the BEST wax I have ever received. My waxer was gentle and thorough and it literally did not hurt at all. I also did not experience A N Y ingrown hairs in the weeks after. I will definitely be coming back regularly!!

I had a great experience getting partial eyelash extensions here. I used a Groupon which was super affordable. The extensions were what I was looking for and the technician listen to what I wanted and delivered. The environment was clean and relaxing. Only some minor issues with contacting the salon (we kept playing phone tag and I never got someone to answer the phone during normal business hours). Overall I would recommend be eyelash extension services here!

Let me begin by saying the professionals are amazing and incredibly talented. Most recently I’ve visited Ma’ha and she is so kind and thorough. In general, I haven’t had any bad experiences with the service itself. I’ve been coming to this place for a while after a groupon purchase on eyelashes and even recommended a few friends there because I think their quality is great. I, unfortunately, have ran into trouble with the ” fine print”. Months ago, I had to cancel my appointment. I left a voicemail saying I needed to reschedule. They didn’t call me back and they charged my CC. I called again, left an additional email, but nothing. Still, I didn’t say anything because I really did like this place. When I repurchased the groupon for eyelashes, where it does not say it is for first time clients, I was told at the time of my appointment that the small print of my “contract” says I cannot purchase groupons . It should be reflected on both groupon and on the fine print of the service, in my opinion, otherwise I wouldn’t have repurchased. The spa made me pay a large additional amount to have the service done. I think this place, while skillful and talented, is money hungry and the least accommodating to clients. You run the risk of a charge of $10 per day after your $69 fill if you miss the 14 day mark. Your consequence of attempting to get a hold of the company to cancel or reschedule is a chance of charging you regardless. If you plan to visit, have all of your bases covered.

I was greeted by a warm smile from Emma who actually did my Lashes also. The place was clean, very organized and spacious as well.. I love how my lashes turned to be, its one of those feeling that no need for a make up coz a lipstick and the lashes are just enough to make you feel so pretty for the day. I would recommend them, Emma’s hands were so light, I am very happy with the results…

Worst place ever ever ever been to for lashes! I found them on Groupon . It’s said 61$ and when I got there they told me 109$ . I didn’t care and she did a horrible job u couldn’t even see the lashes. My lashes look the same and better with just mascara ! It’s terrible . Don’t go there. From the start I knew it was going to be bad. She didn’t even hold the lashes down like they do every else . No music or anything u can hear urself breathe.

I used the Groupon for a full set of eyelashes here three days ago. I followed all the instructions (no water whatsoever near the eyes for 24 hours, no mascara, oil-free makeup remover only). Within three days I’ve already lost 25% of the lashes that she put in. Any time something lightly brushes my lashes, they start to fall off. I’m really disappointed in the quality.
