Critical: CommunicationBeware of purchasing Gift Certificates from Milford Therapeutic. Very disappointed in Nancy (owner of Milford Therapeutic). Last year for Christmas, I purchased 2 gift certificates for hour-long massages for my husband. I had no trouble calling and making an appointment to pick up the gift certificates. After Christmas, my husband called Nancy and left several messages, attempting to schedule an appointment. We know she received the messages; she mentioned to a mutual acquaintance of ours that he was on her list to call. She never called him to schedule an appointment.
