I went in for a last- minute pedicure after calling about an hour ahead, just to make sure I could get in. Upon first arriving, the shop looked nice and clean. The gentleman who did my pedicure hardly spoke at all… but that’s fine as I try to just relax. He was so rough and it was not relaxing at all. I kept telling myself, at least I’m here and getting my tootsies done and they’ll look nice after. Um, once I got home and saw them in the light I was so angry. The second coat of color was not applied on the entire nail on at least half of my nails and there were ‘ridges’ for lack of a better word. They looked awful. I wish I would have had time to read the reviews prior to going. I will not be returning. Oh and they used the same chair for different people without cleaning it as well.

Rude people. Watched them start another pedicure in the chair I had been in without washing and sanitizing it. Didn’t attempt to shape my nails. Thick, uneven French tips on my daughters toes. Polish immediately bubbled on my manicure. Don’t waste you time or money here.

Critical: QualityI went to this place twice.. first time I got a French dip the second day they cracked.. one hand every nail had a crack in it. I decided to try again with color.. Black. It lasted for 4 days and I had chunks coming off my ring finger. Then the rest of my nails started to crack. I will never go to this place again.. I had to paint and use nail glue to keep them decent looking. I don’t have time to run back I’m on a very tight schedule. I pay to get them done once not to have to keep going back to get them fixed.. I’m so disappointed.. I drove 35 mins one way. Made an appointment online to get my first set of acrylics ever and, not realizing it would take so long, I scheduled it for 30 minutes before they closed. They were very busy so they didn’t get to me until when they should have closed, but still did my nails, no questions asked! I thought it was amazing for her to not only start my acrylics at closing time, but stay almost 1.5 hours past closing time just to do them! And the nails look SO beautiful! I waited 2 hrs for what was to be 30 minutes for my manicure. Kids were basically running the salon. Almost burnt my feet with the hot water that they started for my pedicure. Terrifying experience.

I asked for some ideas for aesthetic nails and they did exactly what I wanted nevertheless they did better! Absolutely in love !
