Critical: ProfessionalismI visited this salon twice before and had great service. On my third visit I was wearing African clothes and they would not service me or my aunt. They congregated in the back of the salon while we waited for someone to help us. We were the only people there and they stood in the back talking for 5+ minutes. I visited this salon twice before and had great service. On my third visit I was wearing African clothes and they would not service me or my aunt. They congregated in the back of the salon while we waited for someone to help us. We were the only people there and they stood in the back talking for 5+ minutes. My experience in American clothes was drastically different, I was seated immediately and treated properly.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve given this place a few chances now and I’m dissatisfied each time. They’re extremely slow – which I have absolutely NO problem with if the results are good. But, they’re slow and the results are poor. My nails have been thick, the shape is different from nail to bail (e.g., one oval, one square, etc.), and even the polish job is poor (doesn’t go to the edge). I’ve tried to nicely ask for what I would like corrected, but it just hasn’t worked.Also, I have had an appointment each time – and I’ve been 10-15 minutes early for every appointment. But, they’re slow and the results are poor. I’m very disappointed in the service I received here. The employees weren’t very friendly, from start to end they were rude. I would have been happy if they at least did a good job on my nails, but both my nails and my friends nails turned out sub-par. It took them over an hour after our scheduled appointment time for us to leave, not because they were actually doing our nails, but because they had us waiting around and even left us to go do someone elses nails who walked in after we did. They didn’t ask us how we wanted our nails shaped, and were very rude to us when we switched from wanting gel nails to regular polish (before they even began prepping our nails), as their prices are outrageous for the type of service they are providing. I will not be coming back. It seemed like a clean place so I’m sad that their service is so bad.

service wasn’t great, but also wasn’t horrible. not usually one to post reviews, but i had gotten just normal nail polish put on (no gel or anything) and my nails started chipping within 2 days. about 5 days after getting them done, all of the polish on one of my nails had fallen off in one big piece. over the next 2 days, the majority of my other nails did the same thing. they did look good before that happened though! but overall i’m disappointed with the experience/outcome.

If I could give less than a star I would. Mom and I went in for a mother-daughter outing! We got there and they said 10 minutes, which okay fine. 10 minutes turned into 20 sitting in a chair waiting, 30 for my mom who insisted I go first. The lady was very rough with filing my nails, after she cut then way too short. It then took over an hour to do my nails (with a French tip) and she cut my fingers a dozen times. To top off this $60 dollar overpricing, my gel nails broke off in less than 2 weeks. My mothers we chipped in a week. When I called to ask for them to fix them since it was not what we paid for the lady said “I not understand” and hung up on me. Don’t correct waste your time, money, or sanity. Pick a different salon. Very disappointing.

AMAZING!!! LOVE THIS PLACE! I drive a little over an hour to get my nails and toes done Worth it. The owner and staff are amazing ! So nice, great, clean atmosphere, smells great! Relaxing. If you make an appointment they are right on time . Long lasting nails and beautiful!!! Thank you
