Loved this place! The service is absolutely fantastic. All the staff is super nice and friendly from the moment they greet you. The decor is really nice and cozy. You get a private room for your haircut and the stylists are also great, knowledgeable, friendly and careful. This is a great place!! Would definitely recommend!!

I love this place so much that I drive from Coconut Grove to Aventura every 3-4 weeks for a haircut. Been going here for over a decade. Exclusive environment with huge leather sofas, every men’s magazine, wine, cookies & Internet in the waiting area. Each private barbers’ room comes with your selection of music and:or TV channel. High wailing products. High quality mechanical chairs. Get a clean beard shave with hot foam, a manicure, or even a pedicure too. This place is 10 out of 10. Thanks for providing the. I went here today for the first time and it’s a great barbershop. They have a very classy and elegant waiting room. I had an appointment so I waited about 5 min before my barber, Javier came and got me. I got a haircut and shave, the shave was just a great experience. After my cut Javier gave me a hot towel prior to the shave and had some nice Frank Sinatra playing giving the experience that extra touch. After the shave he put on some after shave and some other stuff that made my skin really soft followed by a nice cold towel to soothe the skin. The price for the cut and chase was a little pricey $73 in total but it was well worth it. I will definitely be going back here again, won’t be getting the shave every time but definitely a haircut.

The ambiance is very nice. The private room has a tv to watch while getting the haircut. The staff were all welcoming. Before we started I showed my barber pictures of what my hair looks like right after it is cut so that he could get an idea. Unfortunately the end result was not what I had hoped. That being said, the owner was very apologetic about my experience afterwards and went out of her way to look into my cut and to make me feel better about my overall experience.

I walked in and got lucky that there was a cancellation. MAKE A RESERVATION. I was not expecting a $70 haircut and beard trim. But the atmosphere was amazing and conversation was easy. I am not from Florida, but will plan to NOT get a haircut before I return on vacation so I can return to Miles and Lyles.

Critical: ProfessionalismUnfortunately today we had a bad experience with Elsa, going in she seemed to be having an off day. While that’s okay, it isn’t okay to put it on your clients. She got upset when I asked to cut my hair a certain way and after a while of growing it out, I now have short hair. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and I don’t see myself going back again. I recommended this place to people before but now I have tell them to rethink it. When I went back in to at least inform the secretary about elsa’s unprofessional behavior she handed me the phone to speak to the owner and offered a discount for the next visit. There’s not much you can really do after a haircut because it already happened, but I come on here to let other people know that an angry person shouldn’t be cutting your hair and to probably look at another place because it wasn’t a pleasant experience.Unfortunately today we had a bad experience with Elsa, going in she seemed to be having an off day.
